I have removed stars because I have been texting (what I was told was the best way to communicate) for 3 days. My appointment that was much needed was canceled for an emergency from a wedding party she was doing that weekend. I said fine. Came in for a first time fill (at 3 weeks).. expecting to pay $60.00. Was told I needed ALL of my lashes removed and full set redone for $160. $160 for an hours work.. people with Masters and PhDs don't make $160/hour. For eyelashes? Sorry, NO. I left and went back to my regular girl (Lash Land LA) who is awesome but is in Studio City. She removed the ones that had grown out and filled for $60. My lashes looked amazing again for $100 less than what Marilyn wanted to charge. Just saw the owners response.. She told me $60 for a fill at 3 weeks which was why I brought $80. I never tried to barter anything. I am a business owner myself and also own a dog rescue.. I don't know what she thought she heard but me mentioning dog rescue was not in relationship to the price. I have no idea how she put those things together. Kinda weird and funny. My lashes weren't horrible, I just don't think she likes to work with other technicians lashes because she'd rather charge over 200% more and get to call it "her work" My experience with her wasn't pleasant. read more

I've been a client of Timeless Lashes for 7 months. Marilyn is very sweet, down to earth and always has great conversation. I feel like I've known her for several years. Hands down her office is adorable, it's located in an executive building in the Bixby Knolls area. Her office is very personable because it's just you and her in the office which is great. Now on to her work........Excellent!! I drive almost an hour and a half just to have her do my lashes; I wouldn't have it any other way. I tried another lady near my house, but her work was not great, my lashes were very thick and heavy. I immediately went back to Marilyn, she had no problem fixing my eyelash disaster. My lashes are always full and I get lots of compliments. I typically get my eyelashes done every 2-3 weeks and I never had a problem with them falling out excessively - just the normal wear and tear. I urge anybody reading this to take my advice and look elsewhere because the glue burn your eyes the entire process. I had none of that because my new technician does not use a glue with formaldehyde do your homework people. Ask her for the name of the glue she uses and then you research online and find out about all the chemicals that are in it. The glue that was used on me three days ago is all natural organic without any formaldehyde. And no burning whatsoever the entire process and it was seamless. There are two other technicians in Long Beach ( bixby knolls area) and Lakewood ( by paramount street) that are completely professional and use natural adhesives. read more

Mainly because after a few weeks, my lashes were crooked, twisted, and generally in bad shape.
