!!! terrible experience !!! - oh wait there was no experience - read on - booked a 330p appointment…read morewith debbie so i was excited since id read lots a great reviews for her - i was asked to arrive a bit early to complete forms since this was my first visit - when i arrived i was told debbie was not available so i was assigned another therapist - i was disappointed but no biggy - 330p came and went - at 340p i was told my therapist was running a little late but it would only be another 10 minutes or so - at 355p i was told my therapist would not be showing up and that i would need to reschedule- wait what????? - the front desk did apologize but between drive time and wait time i wasted 75 minutes of my life that im unable to get back for someone who could not be bothered to show up or even let me know that they were not available until they were already 25 minutes late - i will not be back - sooooo disappointing and unacceptable
