The spa treatment rooms are located in the back of the salon down a hallway, and it is quiet and serene. I couldn't hear any of the salon sounds once we were back there, which was surprising! I had an 80 minute pore perfecting facial with microdermabrasion and some other mask treatments. I also had some much needed extractions done! My facial included massage on my arms, hands, head and upper back and shoulders, which was icing on the cake. Kristie was very gentle and educational about the products being used and how they're effective for treating different skin conditions. I learned about what can help improve my skin after leaving the spa, and what products can be most beneficial. Kristie has won many awards as a top skin excavator by New York Magazine and others. They offer beverages. One of my sisters had a tech who was hurting her and not responding to what she was saying so she requested another. It was handled professionally and the second tech was great.
