The reason I'm giving it a one star is because I hate the atmosphere. The Manager, John (his American name.) has got to be the RUDEST person I have ever met. When he is in a good mood, he walks around being loud and obnoxious. When he is in a bad mood, the workers are scared to death of HIM and are quiet. This makes me very uncomfortable. He is downright nasty to customers. I have heard him kick people out of the salon, and I also heard him tell one woman in a very loud voice that he did not like her! After yesterday, I have decided not to go there anymore. I have tried other salons and have not found someone as good as my manicurist. She's like a friend. I just can't object myself to his rudeness anymore. The question here is what could improve? I don't know who the owner is of this place, John only is the manager, but what could improve is him being fired and someone else take over that has a good personality and knows how to run a business.
