They tried to charge me $300 to fix a $75 item and only about 15 screws to repair. This was AFTER I told them the item that needed repaired. After I spoke to the Owner, he agreed with me and rectified the problem. Even after that, when I went to pick up my TV the lady STILL tried to charge me more and argued with me until I had her verify it with the owner.

The technician answering the telephone was very pleasant. He gave me a choice of times. The initial time was later that same day I called! Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! CALL THEM! I now have a fully functioning refrigerator that has been going strong. The whole cost was less than $100. The technician even gave me information on what to ask for at Home Depot/Lowes to fix the issue of re-hooking up the water line after the water line was moved during a downstairs complete remodel.

Tried other local places without success and found Martin's online. Dylan answered the phone, let me know he had the part I needed, set it aside for me to come out this morning, and was friendly and helpful when I arrived. The kit including the fuse and thermostat was less expensive than just the fuse, go figure, but everything is genuine whirlpool. What a pleasant experience to find this gem of a store. Yeah, it's a bit of a drive but for friendly service, reasonable prices, and genuine parts, it's worth it.

Bradlyn arrived promptly at 9am to service our malfunctioning dryer. We noticed that our dryer…read morestarted making a thumping/banging noise last week but only when a lighter load was being dried. Our landlord reached out to Martin's Appliance Service and Repair and scheduled an appointment for less than a week out from the time the issue started. I played an audio clip of the noise for Bradlyn when he arrived and he troubleshooted the issue for almost an hour and a half. He made sure to clean up after himself and we had great conversation about his experiences in the field while the machine was being tested. I cannot speak to the affordability of the service as our landlord was responsible for the payment, but based on our experience, we would not hesitate to reach out to this team if we have any appliance related issues in the future.
