I have had two interactions with them, and both have blown me away with the friendliness, seriously, it's hard to believe this many nice people work in the same place. Keep this in mind: Better than fedex print Better than wallgreens for printing photos Way better than office depot self service copy machines Other companies said it would be 48 hr's to place an order, I got what I needed done the same day, it was a very small one print on card stock, so keep that in mind. But still, they were happy to help me out, and that makes a big difference. Also... check this out... I got a print on 160 lb card stock, try to get that done at the other places mentioned above, nope! I did a print somewhere else and it was just flimsy. This feels like a real card, quality. Also, the guy today took the time to make adjustments for me, my image was too low resolution (embarrassing, it should have been ready to print, and it was the wrong size too!). This place makes me want to come back. Every time they help me out. Come show them some love, and get something printed. Justin was able to squeeze my little project in and with help from his genius wife, Michelle - they absolutely did a great job. Excellent! Highly Recommended! I needed a color pattern enlarged so that my sight-impaired elderly Dad could see it better. They understood my request and stayed 20 minutes after closing hours on a Friday to get the job done! This business has really gone down hill in the last few years. Service is not something they seem to care about. Can't get anyone to return a call even, the manager! The job was done poorly. Size wrong, color wrong, and any other instructions totally ignored. Been back twice and still have not picked up my product. Do yourself a favor and find another place to have any printing done. I am beyond GRATEFUL for the service and friendly professionalism of DONNA! I bought some custom templates off Etsy and didn't know where to have them printed out that wouldn't cost a small fortune. Online was expensive and I didn't feel comfortable with the end product just showing up on my door. I went to Fedex and had a HORRIBLE experience, no experience, three times the price.. just NO. I talked to Donna over the phone, we game planned to go over everything in person, and the end result was perfect!! -only took a couple of hours. I needed 8x10 signs for a baby shower and Thank You cards. The price was right and she really took care of me. Did I mention the quality!
