This was & is a real review that explained my experience with Ryonet in December of 2016. Below is the original review. I also find it funny that other negative reviews for this company are listen under the "reviews that are not currently recommended". 12/8/16- "I'd like to thank Ryonet for trying to steal my money. I ordered ink early last week. Ryonet took my money & only shipped half of the order out. I never received a shipping confirmation. Half of my order arrived late last night. I contacted Ryonet today to try & find out where the rest of my order was & I'm told that the ink I selected, ordered, charged & paid for was discontinued. The ink was still on the site, my card was charged & I received an order confirmation. At no point did Ryonet ever take the time to alert me that this product was discontinued. I'm sitting here waiting for this ink to arrive in order to do a job & now I'm screwed. How do you charge people for a product that you no longer carry? How do you not at the very least let the person (who was already charged for the product & shipping) know that you no longer carry this product? How do you not take it off of the site at the very least? You would have been fine with just keeping my money if I never bothered contacting you. Also, BTW I love being treated like an "oversight" & like "stuff like this happens" when I spoke with the Ryonet rep. Real awesome customer service. It took over 30 mins to process my refund. seriously. i read the other reviews when i needed a local printer, i trusted them, i was not…read moredisappointed. here's the scoop: i needed 2000 double-sided full color cards printed fast - next biz day was preferred. i let them know how quickly i needed the cards, and Rosie - i think she runs the place?- was honest enough to let me know i'd be better off going to someplace like fedex. she said that they could certainly do it, but that they would like to make sure i get quality at a fair price. i asked her to give me a quote anyway for the best turnaround. the quote was good, the turnaround was 5 biz days. fedex was, as always, nice, professional, transparent, and could deliver on my timeline. for 3 times the price of printing solutions. i'm always confident that a smaller, local place can do quality work, so i went back to rosie and worked with her some more on the timeline. there was a rush fee that was almost as much as the entire fee for the job itself, but it was one i was happy to pay. out the door, i still paid 2/3 what i would have paid at FedEx. i saved significantly, used a local business, got a quality product, and couldn't have dealt with a nicer person. i HIGHLY recommend printing solutions. my grandparents always had stories about one-on-one business dealings that left both parties happy; the halcyon days of small business. printing solution is all the spirit of those feel-good days with all the capability of business needs today.
