The fact is, they prescribed the med and couldn't get it processed for me for 10 days without any communication. There isn't going to be a second appointment, and I wouldn't never trust this place with your mental health if you can help it.

Apparently the doctor didn't feel like doing it. She's now having a bit of a meltdown over how impossible this entire process is, throwing her even deeper into depression and anxiety. So. If that's the experience you're looking for from a therapist, then these guys are right up your alley. If it's not, avoid these "doctors" like the plague. Oh, by the way, their policy is that if you don't give two business days notice before cancelling an appointment, they're gonna charge you $100. We found out today that that policy very much isn't reciprocal.

I did everything I had to do for them to complete the course to get my drivers license back, I even received a certificate of completion and a shiny "Dare to Dream" coin. Unfortunately the 2 incompetent instructors that headed my groups have since been fired and nobody seems to know where my paperwork went! So now they want me to do the 16 week DUII course all over again so I can finally drive again!! Lifeworks needs to hire educated counselors who know how to do the job they are hired to perform. I also think that because I held up my end of the bargain by attending hour and a half classes and peeing in a cup whenever asked, Lifeworks should hold up their end of the bargain as well and issue me the DMV certificate I worked so hard for and deserve!

They schedule 3 patients at the top of the hour, then take the patients in according to their arrival order. This is to encourage you to be on time. I have taken my son 4 times, and each time have arrived at least 15 minutes before the appointment, only to sit for a minimum of 1 hour before being called back. The front desk seems powerless to even find out if she is even in the building. There is no actual therapy; it is the required visit in order to refill prescriptions. My son has not sat for longer than 10 minutes, and is usually asked questions like "how's everything going?', "are you sleeping OK?" "Good, see you in three months". End of visit. He's developmentally delayed, paronoid schiz, OCD, with anxiety. I bet he would appreciate more than a cursory "how ya doin" visit once a year! Finally, there is no coordination of care; they have not asked once in two years if he has had any blood work done to check for toxicity to the drugs they order.

Apparently, she thinks it's best to teach 7yos with multiple disabilities that they need to understand that their teachers mean well, rather than that they should tell their teachers when they feel sad.

Excellent staff & doctors | Great care…read more I was scheduled last minute for an early ultrasound here. I took a canceled ultrasound right before Thanksgiving and am super grateful to get in! Chandry, our sonographer, greeted us and was very sweet and kind. She was very professional and explained what we were looking at in my belly. She was very patient too. I highly recommend her and hope I get her again one day (if I return to this location). Afterward, we were taken in 15 minutes early to see Dr. Cassie who was also very knowledgeable. She explained to me what was causing my spotting/bleeding after seeing I have a subchorionic hemorrhage in the ultrasound images. She reassured me that while it isn't normal it is common and most women end up having perfectly fine pregnancies with healthy babies. She explained to me that my baby is developing just fine, so there wasn't a need to worry. I had an excellent experience here at this location for the first time. Everyone is prompt and friendly. Good parking and location.
