When we were unsure of something or had a concern our account manager, Karen, was prompt, professional and patient. Communicating with Karen was very easy and helped us to determine the types of services that would best serve our community. On more than one occasion she would come to the community and walk the grounds with the HOA Board. She would identify plant types that could prevent erosion/flooding, point out trees that were healthy or in need of assistance and offer suggestions on how to improve the overall aesthetics of our community. I could tell she genuinely cared about our community and the service her company provided. At the conclusion of our walkthroughs we received a breakdowns with several options of services and improvements that we could use to improve the worn down and drab areas in our community. The following year we decided to move forward and expand our services with Blade Runners and the result was more than we could have imagined. During the spring of 2019 our community won the "Southeast Fairfax Development Corporation" award for residential beauty! This was the first time our community received an award for anything and we owe it to the hard work from the Blade Runners team. He was only able to complete half the job the first day and told me there were some problems with the delivery of the TURF. He told me the TURF was taking longer to come in than expected but would complete the job later next week. I paid half of the overall estimate as a deposit for the job. And that is where everything ended. Tim has never come back to finish the job, my flower beds are just filled with rocks, despite numerous attempts to call, text, and email ... Tim will not return my calls or refund the price I've paid for a job that was left incomplete. I can see that he has read my texts but refuses to respond to provide an update or just tell me he can't do the job. They were punctual, very clear on what services would be performed, the total costs and time it would take to complete. Everything that was covered in the estimate came to fruition when the crew arrived on time and completed the work as promised. From start to finish everyone was professional, punctual and the quality was top notch. I was very pleased with our experience. When we finally decide to add details to our yard and add our fence we will without question be contracting with Precision.
