I love this place!! I've been here 3 times now, and they never disappoint. Very nice, very clean, and always very well done. I've gotten the dip color on my nails all three times, and I've gotten a pedicure once. The milk and honey pedicure was so relaxing and luxurious, by the time they were done I was so happy. They also have a stamp card. Every time you get a service, you receive a stamp towards 25 dollars off! Which brings me to the pricing, I fee the pricing is very fair for the fantastic service you get. It was 40 dollars to get my previous dipped color off and my new dipped color on. They have so many incredible colors as well. I will come back again and again. Update: Still awesome. I went elsewhere to get my nails done while I was visiting Dallas and had a terrible experience. These guys fixed all the problems and gave me and my friend fresh beautiful dipped nails. She got an ombré and it looks fantastic, I got a pretty autumnal sparkle brown! read more

Do not come here! Terrible service, my mom was dropping me off here and I told the owner I was getting dropped off. THE OWNER never said it would take 45 min just went on his business as I sat there in a massaging chair. Finally I asked when will I be next as the salon did not look too busy. HE FINally said 45 min!!! What kind of idiot who owns a salon does not tell you about a 45-hour wait!!!! I had to take an Uber somewhere else. I'm going to update this as I found someone message me about this posting. Let me be crystal clear - I don't mind waiting but you should tell customers if there is a wait time before services are rendered. Even if my mom didn't drop me off I usually have to head home either way, as I have a little one and can't spend 2 1/2 hours at a salon. I was visiting my parents and was lucky to even have someone take care of my toddler while I got my nails done. This is the only place in Midland/Odessa where I will go to get my nails done. It took me a few different salons to find a good one, and Bella is great. The staff is always super friendly and professional. I've been going to Bella for about a year now and I have yet to walk out dissatisfied with my nails. The staff changes frequently, but they all do such an amazing job and always give me exactly what I am looking for. Prices can be a little steep, but I believe you get what you pay for - quality and great service! read more

Not a fan at all. The nail polish they used was flaky, they charged me more than what they should have. I got a combo - pedicure and manicure - it should've been around 40 something dollars. Okay, so then I got my eyebrows waxed. They told me that would be 10 dollars, they charged me 15. My total came out to 80 SOMETHING dollars!!!!! Ridiculous. I drive by this salon every day and have always wanted to try it. After catching a movie on Sunday I decided to drop by. I travel on a regular basis and typically get my natural nails dipped, a pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed every time I go. Due to my schedule I go to whatever salon I can get to in a variety of towns. Typically I spend 2 hours max for these services and pay $90 max not including a tip. Upon walking into Bella at 1:49 my first impression was it was a very nice salon and the gentleman greeting me was very friendly. There was one person in front of me and I picked my color for my toes and waited. About 15 minutes later I was moved to a chair to soak my feet with another lady who arrived shortly after me. We sat in our chairs soaking in cold water for over 45 minutes before even being handed a book to pick our pedicures. Another 15 minutes later I was finally tended to. The lady beside me ended up not getting her pedicure because she was tired of waiting (oh how I wish I would have followed her out!!!). The lady doing my feet did a rush job. She didn't even cut my cuticles on the side and when using the callus scraper she did it without any callus remover which was quite painful. She wrapped my legs and moved on to another customer who got there long after I did. Someone else came and finished my pedicure. I asked him about my nails and he hurried to wrap my fingers (obviously having forgot I was there for a mani-pedi). After another 20 minutes in the pedicure chair I was finally moved to a nail table. I sat there for at least 30 minutes and the gentlemen (who was so very nice) ask if I had picked a color. I said no. He brought the colors and I picked. By this time it was 4:15. I asked how much longer. He said he was starting now. And he did. I'm not sure what his experience is with dipping powder but he cut my cuticles multiple times either with the Dremmel tool or with the file. He apologized when one started bleeding and even offered a bandaid. My left hand did not get the base coat of the dipping powder. I noticed but by now it is 4:50 and I was exhausted and annoyed. After he started to buff the coats of dipping powder he was buffing so hard the powder was being removed. A lady took over and "spot touched" the powder and hurried and finished me. The time...5:28. They close at 5 so I know they were as anxious to leave as I was. However, no apology or even a discount was offered for the below mediocre job that was done on my nails. While paying I was made aware that if you do not pay with cash a 4% surcharge is added to your price. My total was $107. $57 for a cold water pedicure without proper cuticle or callus treatment and $50 for dipping powder that was at best worth $10 and I will have to go have redone this week. With the 4% none cash fee of $4.28 added I would have had to pay $111.28. I had $100 in cash and put the other $7 on my card (which should have been waived due to the terrible job). And guess what? A 28 cent surcharge was added to that $7 to add insult to injury. I did not leave a tip and left even more disgruntled. I was fed up and ready to go and did not dispute the price to the lady checking me out. It was after closing and I felt nothing would be done anyway. They were busy and instead of turning away people they just kept taking people in and the result was a horrible first time experience for me. When I got in my car I checked my nails more thoroughly and they are even worse than I thought. When I got home I had to file the tips as they were extremely jagged and sharp. Sadly, this salon is costing me even more as I now will be going to a different salon that I have been to before to get my nails redone. While the staff is rather friendly and the salon is nice and new, the quality of work is horrible. I did not get my eyebrows waxed and I have never spent nearly 4 hours in a salon. Needless to say, I do not recommend that anyone go to this place based on quality of work, cost, and wait times. read more

This nail salon seemed promising as I walked in. Everything was nice and neat. My daughter was sat in a kids chair and I in an adult chair. The kids chairs were pretty cute and not something I've seen in other salons. The young girl doing my pedicure poked my big toe while tending the cuticles, and I felt burning pain. I didn't say anything because she was so nice and friendly, I did not want to make her feel bad. However, two days later my toe is swollen and in pain. I did not ask for a liner and did not check to see if the tools were in a sterilizing bag beforehand, which I now regret. Also, my toddler got her nails polished and it was 25. I wouldn't mind paying that amount if she had gotten her nails clipped, but they did not even do that. I will not come back. Friendly service is not enough when the staff isn't well trained on technique. read more

This is by far the nicest nail salon of this type in Midland. Very friendly staff, clean workstations, latest polish techniques. They are sometimes a bit understaffed but I think they are worth the wait. Business is very clean and their tools have been sterilized. As with a lot of places like this, there is sometimes a language barrier. But they are patient and always friendly. read more

It is Mother's Day, so I was treating myself to the new nail salon by the movie theater. I should have walked out when I had to ask them to clean out the pedicure tub. Yes they used a plastic liner, but ... As I sat, I noticed how grubby the chair was. It's a brand new salon! There were crumbs and sticky crap on the cup holder. Right off the bat the man doing my pedi broke the skin filing my nails. I admittedly have terrible feet, so they usually have to use the metal callus grater. However, instead of the grater that looks like a zester, this guys used a freakin' cheese grater. It hurt so bad I had to ask him to stop. Then instead of using a gritty pumice, he used one that barely had any grit and quit long before my feet were even remotely smooth. Needless to say, except for new polish, my feet are as bad as when I started. I picked the melon pedi, but the molten hot paraffin smelled like lavender-which I hate. I'm surprised I didn't have burns from the temperature of the wax. Then the man massaged my calves in such a way that it felt like when you poke a bruise. I had to ask him to stop. Horrible experience!! They are very pushy did not listen to what my daughters wanted they are 11 and 13. Took the 2hrs and did an awful job.
