Please read entirety of post for the WORST of it. I would like to start this post by saying that I have been getting a manicure/pedicure regularly for the last 10 years. I walked in to this place last week intrigued to see what the "organic" hype was here. While the manicure was not awful, my lady was moving back and forth between clients which made it take much longer. Also, I got gel nails and FOUR of 10 have already fallen off within 3 days. When I called to see if they would be willing to repaint them, I was told they could not accommodate me until a much later time than worked with my schedule. However, the WORST part about this experience is that the older female lady cut my cuticle on my big toe, and two days later I have a huge painful infection. I arrived 8 minutes before my appointment. I was not offered sample paints to look at until I asked several minutes later. At my appointment time I was asked to sit in a chair and select a color. I did and she grabbed it. She came by 20 minutes later and asked if I was done with the samples. I guess she forgot she had already pulled my color. I proceeded to wait 27min past my appointment when she finally asked me to move to another chair to make space for 2 clients that walked in together. At 33 min past my appointment I look around and see that the "walk-ins" that came in when I did have a beverage of choice (not water) and are already getting serviced. Never again. My bestie and I have been goin to see Kelly and her team for our girls day every 3rd Monday for several years now. I refuse to go anywhere else. Kelly is always so accommodating with our schedule. She even comes in early for us when we are trying to head out of town for beach trips . Kelly and her staff are always professional and do their best to make sure all our needs are met. Her salon is VERY clean and classy. So relaxing. Great selection of polish to choose from. Not to mention, several types of pedis. I love my nail salon family! read more

One of the worst experiences ever at a nail salon, if you can call it that. The technician nicked three of my toes with blood coming out. I asked for a basic manicure and a basic pedicure and ask her if she would buff shine my nails. When I went to pay it was $86. I asked her what the basic charges were and she said she had to charge me extra to both Sean O'Neill's $10. My nails aren't even shining. The more I thought about it I called back to the establishment today and was told I could get a $10 credit in the store. I would never recommend this place or go there at all read more

Just went for the first time and sad to say I'm not happy. I got dip French nails and there are multiple scuffs on my nails, the clear coat wasn't put on even. And in the middle of my nails the techs switched and she had to drill off one hand and start over because the white tips weren't even at all. Just not acceptable. Stopped in while visiting family. Service was fast which was great! The quality of my mani & pedi were ok, did t really last as long as my manis normally do. Might go back if time was an issue, but if quality is number one priority,I might try another place first. read more

My friend got married on Saturday Oct 6 and booked a few weeks in advance for 9-10 manicures and pedicures on Friday October 5. They agreed to open early for us. We got there at 8:30 and no one showed up at all. Finally, at 9:10, after waiting in the sun for 40 minute my friend called the owner at her number she got off the chamber of commerce website. She said she wrote it down somewhere, but then thought we booked it for Saturday and said she would be there soon. Still, no one with keys to the place showed up until like 9:28....they normally open at 9:30. The pedicure was great, a guy with blue streaks in his hair did mine and he was so great, did an amazing job, and was fun to talk to. However, the manicure was a disaster, done by a different female employee. I had to go back and request another coat on my nails. My friends nails looked like garbage from the get go and were chipping the sunday after the wedding (she got no chip!!!!). I go to pay and it's $125 (before tip)?!!??? For no chip mani and pedi. That is the most expensive no chip mani/pedi I have ever gotten and the manicure wasn't worth any of what I paid. And that was after the "generous" $5 they took off the bill after we waited outside for AN HOUR. Also, my no chip manicures always last two weeks (when I pay $40) and one week later the polish completely came off my index finger. I would give zero stars if I could. Got my nails done before Christmas and spent $90. I got a full set with gel. NEVER have I paid that much for this exact service anywhere else and I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years. To make matters worse, my 90$ manicure POPPED OFF less than 3 days later like a cheap set of press on's from Walmart. they fixed them once and the next day they ALL came off. My sister and I needed last minute manicures and pedicures. We saw that Organic had good reviews, so we decided to check it out. They could see us first thing in the morning the next day, which was wonderful because we were on a tight travel schedule. The environment of the salon is bright and modern. I loved the back massage I got from the chair when I was getting my pedi! My nails look perfect, and you can't beat a mani pedi for $55. The staff was also really friendly. If we ever need our nails done in Madison again, we'll be back! read more

All I have to say is I have never been to a place that makes you pay over 70$ for a manicure with DIP and Tip I usually pay around 55$ with a tip. My nails were so bad I left out of there crying my eyes out because there were so uneven and cut down so short. I don't no recommend this place ever. I wish I took pictures of my nails but with it being the holidays my mind was somewhere else. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who did my nails but she was amazing. The place just screams majestic. I got a regular mani and pedi that cost $55 And that includes the student discount. My nails lasted for about two weeks which we know for nails is amazing. The woman we did my names was super nice and I got to know her pretty well! The only reason why I wouldn't give the my visit a full 5 stars is because you have to go in there to ask exactly what they offer and what their prices are. No board or brochure. Walked in for a dip mani. They sat me at a station where I sat for over fifteen minutes then some random person sat down and started drilling before even saying hello. They seemed confused when I asked if they were going to do the manicure before the dip, and then I was told they would clean up my cuticles after the dip. After the dip was applied there was dip all over the sides of my fingers. I asked if they could clean them up a bit and they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. I ended up grabbing a file and trying to clean up all the extra color around my nails and even fingertips myself. They charged $60 after a $5 discount for a dip without a mani and for a job I honestly felt like my 6 year old nephew could have done. read more

After i left i was fine with the results but then i went on my trip with my friends and my pinky nail acrylic just popped off after only having them on for 2 days and was really disappointed. i payed $50 for that and will not be visiting again. read more

Do not waste your time We called this place at 2:15 and got an appointment for 315 we walked in at 3:15 they sat us down and we had to wait about 30 minutes for them to even get started on any of us they started on the last person of our group at 5o'clock meanwhile A group of people walked in at 4:30 and all four of them got their nails done within 30 minutes One girl in our group had to get hers re-done about three times because she kept asking for a specific thing and they wouldn't give it to her they would do part of our nails and then go and work on other things while we're sitting there waiting on them one of the members of our group has cuts on her hands from the worker carelessly doing her nails. Another girl in our group had her fingers soaking in the remover solution for about an hour and her hands were burning we also all asked for manicures and not one of us received one. My nail tech, Lily, did a great job. When I went to check out after my services the total was $90.00!? And that was with $5.00 off because a promo they are currently running. I went in for a pedicure and a manicure. I bought not the basic pedicure but the next one up that stated with extra massage, 40 minutes in length. My whole pedicure was less than 30 minutes, there was no extra massage. I waited for a little while before they sat me in a chair to start my manicure. The employee that started my manicure kept getting on her personal cell phone talking, all she did was soak my fingers in some soapy water, clip nails, push my cuticles back and trimmed my cuticles. Then they handed me off to another employee who did the nail dip, my nails were lumpy and uneven, then when they finished putting the topcoat on my nails they let me sit there for my nails to dry, rubbed a little bit of lotion on my arms, wipes them off with a hot towel and then told me they were finished. They charged me more than what was on their price list also. This was subpar service for the price that was charged. I will not be back. read more

My mother was visiting from South Carolina , she's a little disabled your team went out of their way to make her feel like a Queen. I have also been there when it's been very busy the staff caters to everyone offering all customers drinks and anything they can do to make us comfortable while we wait. The staff moves very quickly, but yet spends quality time with each customer. I would not recommend or send anyone to this establishment. It's a complete waste of time & highly over priced for a normal service. I had three different nail techs to address one issue. PAINTING my nails. I lost 4.5 hours on wet nails. Not worth the money or your time. Not to add the techs got off before my nails even dried. I was the last person there. Nails were still wet and colors didn't match because I had three people doing three different things to my nails. I left and went to another nail bar and got the service I deserved.
