I had no expectations of being seated early and I am forgiving of lateness as well because I am reasonable, but I was not seated until after 4. My daughter's appointment was scheduled at 3:30 as well but they didn't see her until after mine. She was being patient but it was frustrating. During my manicure they didn't at least 5 layers of gel color which I thought was a bit excessive but I didn't think much of it. During hers they did the same but after the gel was put on they did not file or shape her nails so they looked awkward and unfinished. They also didn't even clean under her nails.
