Normally, I do my own manicures at home and had been since the pandemic - but decided to be brave and let someone else do it this time. They even helped me find the perfect shade to match my Pinterest inspo pick, a thoughtful touch. I can be picky about my nails, but they did an amazing job! My pedicure was also nicely done. I appreciated that it wasn't too busy inside the salon and I could watch tv while sitting. Overall, my experience was pleasant and I felt the prices were reasonable. I would definitely return!

I will say the chairs are not that comfy as they're office chairs and they're kinda hard to move back and forth. It's a tight space and also hard for me to move around once I need to get up without worrying about messing up my toes. The nail tech did a fine job though she did scrub my heel too hard and scratched it. I also felt like it's not like the quick experienced nail tech since it felt like she struggled to clip my toe nails. Also note that there's no parking validation and check out where to park beforehand. Parking right outside costed $8 for 1 hr. I'm newish to Indy and usually dont get pedicures so I don't have a regular spot. This works in a pinch but I think I'd rather go somewhere else that may be further away from downtown for a tech that can properly trim nails.

Hannah does my acrylics and I appreciate that she always shapes them to my request and have found that they are not overly thick or heavy like some techs make them. I regularly get compliments on the quality and look of them from friends and strangers. COVID: the salon is now appointment only, upon entering your temperature is checked, you're asked to sanitize your hands (sanitizer provided) and required to wear a mask. The staff only accepts minimal appointments at a time and keeps customers a minimum of 6 feet from each other. There are plastic patroons between you and the tech at both the mani and pedi stations and chairs are thoroughly wiped between customers. All equipment is sanitized between customers and/or wiped down per the appropriate CDC guidelines.
