I never tip more than I feel the service is worth, but usually 20%. That's $16. Still less than a massage elsewhere. Looking forward to seeing how this goes.

After a lengthy and frustrating back-and-forth, they finally agreed to refund the fees that had already been paid. However, one month later, I discovered that two payments were still missing. Once again, it took repeated communication to get those resolved. No apology was ever offered - just a very concerning lack of accountability. In addition, I had booked a 60-minute massage with Karen in 2023. The next time I saw her for another 60-minute session, she told me not to book her again unless I scheduled 90 minutes and said she expected a tip of over 30%. That kind of pressure and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. There are definitely better, more honest, and more professional massage places out there. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

I made an appointment on line which is very convenient. A private parking lot is on the side of the building. My masseuse was not in house when I arrived but I was checked-in immediately and I waited in the office/wait area just inside the door. There are two rooms off the waiting/office area with work-out equipment, plus a locker room and restroom. The entire building looks and smells clean and looks to be in good condition. My masseuse arrived in time for my appointment. We went upstairs to a massage room where we had a brief consult about my expectations for the appointment. They were easy to chat with and shared their impressive credentials. I learned during my appointment that they are uncomfortable with clients who disrobe completely for a session and prefer that all clients retain their bottoms during the massage whether male or female. The techniques used during my treatment are very much in line with other massage treatments I have received. I would have preferred a bit more pressure and did not leave feeling like my knots had been addressed as I had hoped. After the treatment I was asked to purchase a package for multiple sessions, which I deferred. I was really hoping this would be my new 'go to' spot as I miss having a regular masseuse. I've been with EG office as I've always lived in Coventry the whole time but love the selection of therapists that body kneads provides. I stumbled across Heidi a couple/few years ago at the EG location and honestly I don't know anyone who knows what I need more...not everyone is the same but pretty amazing talent resides here.
