Dr. Pierre's office happened to have a last minute cancellation, so it worked out great! I'm always wary of new a new esthetician, but I was very pleasantly surprised! I had an incredible & very thorough hydrafacial & experience overall! The front office lady was super nice & efficient. I only had to wait a few minutes before I was called back. Emily, my esthetician, was not only clearly VERY good at her job, she was so kind & nice to chat with. I'm absolutely leaving my old med spa of 5+ years & switching to Dr. Pierre's office. There's no question in my mind! I'm also planning on bringing my pre-teen daughter in for a light facial. Highly, highly recommend!

Medical assistant LISA is an awesome asset to Franks office!!!! Yesterdays visit was very unprofessional on the part of the other receptionist.......Older woman, don't know her name.....was extremely unprofessional and rude. Yes my husband went in right in to a cubical......if she had asked him why, she might have understood his issue.....RETROPERITONEAL BLEED....He just got out of ICU 2days ago........very uncomfortable, Swollen lower extremities, IN a lot of pain.....That being said..........she, older woman, came into the waiting area a VENTED to the other patients about the situation.....She called the patient an asshole,,, yes she did,,,,.....and vented more, I quote her saying, " men like him have a little penis, holding her pinky finger up!!! yes she got some chuckles. She didn't realize The mans wife, ME, was sitting there!!!! SOOOOO unprofessional, I spoke up, I let her know that man is my husband!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to knock her out ........ SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! No other Dr. will allow this..... FRANK, TIME TO RETIRE THIS WOMAN!!!! Thanks for your years of service to the community Frank and Lisa............
