I've become a big fan of Cristallo Spa! I've been here for three regular pedicures (thus far!) with Haleigh. She is fantastic! My feet always feel so great afterwards. As soon as you walk in you're greeted with the calming aura of Cristallo Spa... namely with aromatics. Puts me right at ease! The waiting room has plush seating and a cozy vibe, plus you can see what super cute accessories they're selling. And they're usually at a great price! The staff will also offer drinks to you, although I've never taken them up on the offer. These range from water to mimosas! While the pedicure chairs are not massagers, they are comfy nonetheless. They put scented stuff in the water, and they will work your feet for an hour. Your feet deserve this, I swear! There's massaging involved, lotions, scrubs, an almond mist... all so good. I like going during the day because you have a nice view of the golf course as well. Once you're finished you get to sit in yet another comfy chair, put on a shoulder massager, and let your toes dry. Everything a luxury spa should be! From the minute you walk in, soothing chimes announce your arrival as you ascend the staircase. The calming and intoxicating aromas of essential oils lead you to the most aesthetically pleasing reception area I have ever seen. Think: Tiffany Jewelry Co. encapsulated as a spa/salon. Chandeliers, cozy and colorful seating, more candles (battery-operated of course) and crystals than I could count, and even a stand for liquid refreshments. Did I mention I was offered complimentary champagne?? I have been to quite a few spas but this one had the friendliest staff yet. No 'Mean Girl' vibes or ignoring new customers; very upbeat, helpful, and informative. I only had the time for a pedicure which was performed in the most adorable alcove-type chair to give a sense of privacy while providing an amazing view of the tree lined golf course through an enormous window. They also have amazing specials each month and I hope I make it back in time for their $72 facials/massages/and body treatments in October! I had a massage with Johanna today and it was absolutely wonderful. The spa is gorgeous and inviting and I can't wait to go back.

Would NOT count on this Spa for any bridal or wedding accommodations. Ever. I am a bride who is getting married in June of 2025, and after booking Cristallo Spa in March of 2024 - I received an email earlier this week in March of 2025 that the spa BACKED OUT of my contract due and cannot provide makeup or hair services for my wedding date with little to no explanation. I had to call the spa myself frantically to inquire about what was going on. I couldn't even get a courtesy phone call to let me know of this change, and I was only informed via email...Fortunately, I was checking my email that day and saw this update - otherwise I would not have found out as quickly. I signed a contract with Cristallo Spa on March 12, 2024. That should have allowed for ample time to book artists for my wedding date in June of 2025. A year later, I am less than 70 days away from my wedding and this is unacceptable that I was left hanging like this with such little time to spare. In the last few days, I have been frantically trying to find coverage for hair and makeup with no luck. I still do not have a hair and makeup vendor for my special day that I have been waiting YEARS for. No company can accommodate 8 individuals this late in the game, and this short minute of a notice. I have been here twice and both times Mariella gave me an amazing manicure both times. She helped me pick out the perfect color and was very friendly! The entire staff are very accommodating and everyone is super nice. The salon is sparkling clean. I usually hate getting my nails done because other techs drill my nails down to finish faster, but I appreciate the lack of drilling and acrylic powder in the air at Cristallo. What a fantastic spa! From the second I walked in I was greeted with friendly, helpful faces. I was immediately offered a warm neck wrap, which I happily accepted, more than once throughout the afternoon. Everyone who passed by me waiting made sure I knew of the snack and flavored water and hot beverages available to me. My first service was a dermal facial with Katelyn, and although it was a little painful at times, I am still glowing from all her hard work. I did not want to leave that room. It smelled so nice, everything was so clean, and every product that was used on me smelled and felt delightful. An added bonus, Katelyn was a pleasure to spend time with. I will be coming back again to see her, without a doubt! The waiting area in between services was small, but the curtains between the main room and this room made it cozier. I am happy that I was the only one in there. I relaxed with my flavored water and crackers until my masseuse, Gilda walked in. I received a 50 minute deep tissue massage, and for an added perk, she used a warm bamboo shoots for the tougher areas. I am still a little sore, but I know there were a lot of knots she needed to work out. I loved every second of it and can't wait to go back for another treatment. My last service was a pedicure with Jennifer. You are seated in these comfy, unique chairs, looking out to the golf course, while your feet are in this lavender water. My pedicure was the prefect end to my afternoon. Jennifer did sure a great job, and I give her props for dealing with my neglected black polished toes. Each service went over and beyond any service I have received in the past. The extra massages in all of my services really were the cherry on top of a perfect visit. Why the hate mail yelp peeps? Homegirl will start by saying she had a fantastic experience. The fact that she's taking the time to write this review should say a lot. The romaine in her Caesar is wilting as we speak. Homegirl received a gift card for $52 to go towards one of their pedicure packages. She gonna be honest, if it was cash she would have invested it into an 8 piece nugget with special sauce on the side, but a gift card sends a forceful message. Come to think of it, Homegirl is slightly insulted. Her feet are foot model worthy. She got those perfect size 7's, good arch, and strong lean toes. Once while on Holiday in Germany, a man asked if he could take a mold of my grape stompers, yo girl obliged and shortly thereafter the Birkenstock was born. #wheremyroyaltiesat Anywho, Cristallo Spa starts off with a good name. All these spas and nail places with the adjectives are doing the most. "Lovely", "foxy", and "fancy" are all red flags...not literal red flags, yo girl loves all races and cultures. Cristallo Spa was clean, bright, and definitely reflected the prices they charge. It was quiet and tranquil as soon as yo girl walked in. Homegirl appreciates a good uniform too. She likes when she can easily identify who to direct questions too. She doesn't appreciate the scarf wearing, forearms full of bracelets deal she gets at some other spas. The pedicure itself was relaxing, as it should be. They have 3 chairs overlooking the golf course, and overall the place has a clean updated look. Homegirl got footified with her Homegirl and both the nail technicians were very polite, sociable and friendly. While She hasn't had many pedicures she does have a thought-Homegirl almost wished there was a talking and non-talking option. While the girls were lovely, Homegirl at times wants to give the tongue a rest. She feels rude to not converse with the darling rubbing my piggies. Homegirl supposes 'tis is a personal problem and not one for Cristallo. Homegirl does find Cristallo to be a bit pricey. Yo girl is used to Wet n' Wild nail polish prices, so $52 is a splurge. Had it not been a gift she probably would have never visited. She also remembered she gotta tip on top of it! Sugar, a conversation with Homegirl should have been tip enough! Homegirl is positive the exchanged words and dazzling looks will satiate the appetite of the people. But since she risked looking like a street rat she dumped in the 20%. That brought the total up to $62. That's $6.20 a toe. Homegirl enjoyed the pampering, she did. She is glad she was treated to something she would not have paid for herself. If she wins the Powerball she could manage a monthly appointment. read more

First time I went the services were great. I came back this time and got massages with my sisters and the service was terrible. My massage was just mediocre but the spa itself was loud and so many girls at the desk standing around and not helping us was really annoying. We sat there without knowledge of what to do and I vowed I wasn't returning. I got a g c for holidays and I came back and saw robin she is amazing. I want to start by saying that the location is beautiful. I went there for a massage, shellac manicure, and pedicure. The massage was great and the price was reasonable. Went here for the first time with some friends not too long ago and I do have to say that it was a very nice place and all of the staff were very sweet and helpful! We got the package that included, massages, pedicures, manicures, facials and blow outs. We had our nails done and the next day they were already chipping (no matter how much you do or don't pay, there shouldn't be chipping less than 24hours later). One of my friends had a pretty bad breakout after a facial, so I would ask exactly what will be going on your face before it is done. Also because we had to fill out paperwork (which I know is necessary) took up some time and because of this the staff told us that we were cutting into our time so we wouldn't get our full message/facial time. It is also important to point out that we were on time. I understand that the paperwork is necessary, however they should take into consideration the time that it takes to fill out the paperwork before the appointment or tell the costumers to come in about five or ten mins earlier. I want to point out that each staff member that took care of us was very kind and were happy to chat with you. I had all of my wedding beauty services at Cristallo Spa in Rehoboth, MA. The services included a hair and makeup trial, mani/pedi, and day-of hair and makeup for myself, my 3 bridesmaids, and my and my now-husband's mothers. The girls and I were very happy with the quality of their work as well as the level of customer service they provided! Yelena did my hair and Krystal my makeup for both the trial and the day-of. Both are super friendly, easy to work with, open for feedback, professional, and did an amazing job!! After both services, I truly felt confident, stunning, and beautiful, and ready for pictures to be taken of me that will be on display for years to come. Teresa, the spa's manager, put together the whole day-of wedding schedule and helped arrange for my group to have food service and a yummy mimosa bar! Our time there was so relaxed and stress-free, and if anything we ended up ahead of schedule instead of behind schedule (critical so we wouldn't lose time with photographers before the wedding!). It was important to me to have not only myself, but also for the women closest to me, to feel pampered and have time to really celebrate the exciting day ahead. Cristallo Spa delivered that and more! My mom and I went in there today for a 50 minute massage, I had Ashley and my mom had Gilda. We both had an absolutely amazing experience! Both girls gave amazing massages and made us feel extremely comfortable. We cannot wait to book our next visit, and we will definitely be getting the 80 minute massage next time! read more

This spa is beautiful. However, I went in for a gel manicure with Tori and was wildly disappointed. It took her 35+ minutes to get off the OPI gel that was already on my nails. Then, she was extremely rough on my cuticles, leaving three of my fingers bleeding by the end. And to make matters worse, she painted over what was left of my cuticles/skin around my nail. Overall, it was a poor experience and took over an hour and a half, which is ridiculous for a simple gel manicure, and I was super disappointed to find out it was $5 additional for the gel removal, which I've never been charged at any other nail salon with frankly, a much better and quicker service. read more

I went for a hot stone massage, facial and mani & pedi. She didn't use any of the rocks edges during the massage, nor do the rocks between your toes and wrap the feet. Had much much better hot stone before. The facial, I had an experience that stung so much, my face was literally on fire. She fumbled to wash it off. I walked out of the room v red. She didn't offer me a cold compress, till 45 min later when I asked for a cold towel. The manager came over way after the skin burning, didn't introduce herself. Said something about my facial not going well. Nothing like, please contact us if you feel discomfort after you leave. Oh, no form was given to state I have sensitive skin. I have red marks on my entire chin and my forehead was tender to touch the day after. I called the next day, of course being upset. They offered me a free relaxing facial. Main point what do I do with the huge tender red spots on my face, I had to ask. She called back and gave advice to use the products they gave me. Didn't end the call with we would like for you to come back and gave a great experience, let us know when you'd want a relaxing facial. Poor management skills for a service based business. read more

After going to this spa a few months ago I at first had a great experience in my massage and nails with very talented women, (both brunettes). However the management is horrible. I heard the manager yelling on the phone at one point. she was very obnoxious. this completely turned me off from the spa because she ruined the atmosphere. I had heard bad things about their management anyway but at least the technicians were good. If any of them go somewhere else I hope i find out because I would go anywhere but this place. read more

The massage definitely worked out the kinks, the facial left my very sensitive skin feeling great and the mani/pedi was super relaxing. All of the staff, especially those at the front desk, were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We even enjoyed a delicious lunch and drinks right in the spa. Life is good! I live in the city of Taunton, there is nothing like this in my city that even closely compares to the experience you get at Cristallo Spa. This little gem is easy to get to, right off Rt. 44, it sits on a beautiful golf course setting, located at the Hillside Country Club in the village countryside of Rehoboth MA. I have experienced a few different services at this spa and I have to say, from the front receptionist to each of the technicians I have met, they all provide the full experience of true hospitality and relaxation. The spa is well appointed and beautifully decorated. Each time I arrive I'm welcomed with a warm smile, the technicians are well skilled in their own areas of expertise and I can tell they truly love what they do. My satisfaction as a client is always a high priority. They are a full service spa, which provides my the convenience of one stop shopping, they also sell spa and boutique items, what a great idea for the perfect gift! I'm thrilled that they continually offer great monthly specials to keep me going back! I am proud to admit that I am a loyal client and I'm so excited to have found the beautiful Cristallo Spa! I have been going to Cristallo for months now, and have tried many of the services. I can not say enough about the professionalism of the manager, Teresa and the rest of the staff. I am especially impressed with the newest hair stylist, Yelena (sp?). The hair products used are exceptional, and I love my color!!. For Mother's Day my husband treated me to a mani, pedi and massage along with the company of 3 of my girlfriends. When we arrived, it was a bit disorganized as to who was getting what first. One friend went off for her massage and I sat with the other two as they received pedicures. I then went on to receive my pedicure which was not worth the money charged. My feet were not exfoliated much at all and the manicurist, Yelena was NOT friendly. She was very matter of fact about anything we asked, seemed to roll her eyes at any comment and certainly did not make me feel like I was at a "spa." After my pedicure, I went back for my massage with Gilda which was great! She started me on my back so as to not smudge my pedicure (one toe still did but not her fault). She really listed to what I wanted and gave great suggestions at the end. I would definitely go back to see her. After my massage I came out to start my manicure, again with Yelena. my nails were not soaked, my cuticles were not trimmed, no hand massage and the length of my nails is different on each hand. My polish chipped the next day. Again during the manicure, she was not friendly. I indicated to her that one of my toes smudged during my massage which she proceeded to fix. Instead of repainting the nail entirely, she added a 4th coat of polish (I had 3 previously since it was light color). This resulted in the wearing on the edge of my toes by the next day. For the price that my husband paid for both the mani and pedi, I expected better quality and better service. If it was a typical mani/pedi salon, I may not be so upset but this is a "spa" and I wasn't very relaxed when I left. Needless to say, I would not recommend this spa for mani/pedi but would for a massage. read more
