I fact my chart was read wrong initially and she thought I meant stomach not shoulder. When that was clarified we moved to another room and i was asked to lay down on my side. I mentioned pain on right shoulder and neck area and back. only my shoulder/neck area was addressed. There was a cursory check of one part of neck and one part of shoulder. Only asked how long the pain was. She put about 4 needles and did cups quickly. Post treatment pain was the same. No questions about relief. Was sent to reception for billing and for them to take photo of my tongue. Should that not have been part of the initial consultation? Was given pills and charged 130 then she corrected receptionist to say 140 because of pills. By the evening pain was the same if not worse. I emailed and was told to drink more hot water. Pain is just as bad.
