I came here to try a smoothie after the Hooked app provided a free smoothie. They informed me that they had recently gotten rid of plastic cups so I'd have to purchase a tumbler for $4. I'm all about sustainability so I didn't mind. Although the straws were plastic... I ordered the Islander which has mango, yogurt, banana, pineapple seeds and your choice of coconut milk, almond milk or coconut water. I got the coconut water and decided I wanted to have something green so I added spinach which I was informed would be an additional 50 cents. Now, me personally as a first time guest would've loved to have had that comped, but hey, there's no such things as a free meal... or even just free spinach. The smoothie was delicious by the way. The person who made it however could've been a little more gracious and hospitable IMHO. While I waited for my smoothie to be prepared a kind lady offered to give me a tour of the place which I thought was a wonderful gesture. I didn't get her name, unfortunately. She showed me the salt chambers, and the esthetician room where facials and other services are performed. I think I saw the massage space as well. She also said they have a meditation room available for rent and someone that leads guided meditations on occasion. Not really sure why I didn't see it. Perhaps it was in use. Memberships to the spa are available. Pro Tip: When you check in you get 25 minute complimentary salt chamber experience with purchase of a drink! So needless to say I'll be back for that. read more

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable receptionist lady. Facilities are very clean and well-kept. Quality products in the store. I give all 5 stars! I did the salt bed and had a good experience. The salts are warm and you lay on top of it. It was like a nice meditation because in the bed, it was kind of like sensory deprivation. As the new year is upon us I wanted to do more to take care of my personal well being. I decided to get a facial and full body massage here and was absolutely pleased with my experience. First off, they were able to accommodate me day of which I appreciated. I tend to be a last minute person, and I called and they got me scheduled within three hours. Mercedes did my massage and facial and she did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!! She was very polite, soft spoken and educated me when the opportunity arose. The front desk staff was very friendly and approachable. I think John was his name? I apologize for not remembering. Getting a massage is a very special thing. You're half naked or fully naked in front of a complete stranger, in a dimly lit room with music or noises so you have very little idea what's going on. I mean, if you really think about it it's kind of terrifying. Axios does a great job with it. Small space with 2 or 3 staff on at a time, 1 at juice bar or cashing out folks and the others for spa services. Got a salt therapy 60 minute massage and got transported to a salty heaven. The salt therapy is supposed to help clean out your lungs and the heated Himalayan rock salt and rock walls give off negative ions to help balance you out. Yeah, you know what...I definitely believe in all of that because I came outta there glowing! Great massage therapist, they take the time to chat with you beforehand to identify any problem areas and if you have a specific outcome you want to achieve. Oh plus, there's a juice bar at the front which will have your smoothie or juice ready for you when you get outta your session. Completely unprofessional attitude. I had a service scheduled 2 weeks prior written and "confirmed" via email by the owner. Arrived the day of my service 15 minutes early to locked doors and a dark salon. Called the main number & the number provided on the voicemail, as well as texted, and received 0 response. The owner opened the door at 2:08 with 0 remorse and apology for being late. When I expressed concern that I am on a time schedule, she rudely stated "well it's a 45 minute service so hopefully you have enough time to make it to your next appointment in 40 minutes." My partner & I declined service and left, and as we walked out she mocked us laughing. I expressed it was very unprofessional and she said "Bah-bye," waived and shut the door. As a fellow entrepreneur & business owner, it is very important to maintain schedule and be courteous as well as apologetic to the client if something unexpected comes up. It was HIGHLY unprofessional to be late with zero communication, have no remorse to apologize, and mock us when we decided to leave. If 0 stars were an option, that's what I would be choosing. Great service (I was able to get an appointment by the same day) and an even better massage. I had been travelling for 6 weeks and the body was paying for the time on my feet, the unfamiliar beds, numerous plane flights and waiting around/in airports. Chantelle obviously knows her stuff and was able to find my tigger points easily and release my aching/strained muscles. Well, well worth the visit. I went in for a facial last week and returned yesterday for body treatment. With my wedding four months away, I am starting regular spa treatments. I am no stranger to facials I have been getting them sporadically over the last 10 years in multiple cities in Florida, while on vacation and even here in town. I had a great facial at axios, one of the best I had and my face looked great! The products felt luxurious and the hot towels were the exact perfect temperature. The body treatment was on par or better than any I have had. It was relaxing and invigorating at the same time. I did see some results in certain areas and my skin is glowing! They include a juice or smoothie with your treatment and mine were both tasty! I got an immune juice my first time and the pbj smoothie the next. What a great way to end the treatment. While I do believe their services are great, what gives them the edge for me is that they use organic products. Not "natural" products but organic products that do not contain fake fragrances or parabens and are GMO free. I am sensitive to anything that has the word "fragrance" in it so this is a HUGE plus for me. I have purchased some of the eminence products and the results are excellent. I am so glad that Axios exists and I was finally able to purchase skincare I can feel comfortable using! I wish I came by sooner to do this. They do use barkback and after 5 hour long treatments offer a free 30 minute upgrade to massage or treatment. I plan on adding mine to my last appointment before my wedding. I am looking forward to my extra touch of relaxation after being a loyal customer for facials over the coming months. While their spa is small and doesn't have marble flooring, robes, etc. The employees are genuine, the complimentary juice or smoothie with treatment is a thoughtful touch, and the products are excellent. I can honestly say that the pricing and the value behind the services are very fair. Quality products delivered by quality practitioners. Thank goodness someone in this town finally got it right! The ambiance, aroma and graciousness of the staff, far exceeded what I imagined. Went here for BOGO açaí bowls and was really disappointed. Usually there's granola at the bottom of an açaí bowl but these ones had some kind of really chunky cold oatmeal on the bottom. The texture was so off putting, and the server who made them didn't mention to us that the oatmeal was part of the bowl. I would have known if he said something because oatmeal is my absolute least favorite food. I would never order something that came with it, which is why I really only ate the açaí part of my bowl and the fruit on top. He just told us what fruits came on the different kinds of bowls. It also takes a while to make them, and it seems like the employees hate making them. I suggest maybe taking them off the menu completely? They don't add anything to the business. Keep the smoothies and the salt spa treatments, ditch the açaí. The young man was very nice and accommodating though which is the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2. Update: per the business owners response to my review. It was certainly a young man working at the juice bar, I would not mistake that. Second, the açaí was listed on a small chalkboard menu, no mention of overnight oats anywhere on the board. Third, because we didn't know what was on the bowls, we only knew the name of the bowls, that is why we asked him specifically what was inside of them. He didn't mention the oats. Fourth, I assumed he didn't enjoy making them because as he was doing so another employee walked inside, chuckled at him making the bowls and he replied: "don't laugh this will be you soon!" I felt that the owner's response was slightly condescending and questioned the integrity of my review. This was my personal experience, and I don't doubt there are many great qualities of this business. I just wanted to share what happened to me specifically. read more

My granddaughter and I had 75 minute facials and it was so very relaxing. My neck & arms were even massaged. I have asthma and everything used were natural products with very little aroma. My granddaughter and I were very pleased as how smooth our skin felt. I really appreciated that no one tried to hard sell us various products. I was having serious FOMO having not been to this place, so I finally went today after a rough morning at work. While it is a cute, trendy place, I would not say that it is anywhere near the top of my place to return, as I spent $10 to get a juice that I can (a) make at home, or (b) get at Whole Foods down the street. It seemed crazy to spend that much money on something that would be gone by the time I returned to work and for which would cost maybe $4 at the grocery store to buy the supplies (minus the juicer, of course). Every time Ive gone in the service is super friendly! All the smoothies and bowls are great too. They accidentally made the incorrect smoothie last time I was in and immediately corrected it (and let me keep the incorrect smoothie with no charge). Icee also received a facial that was incredibly relaxing. Ok so their Acai bowls are better than Good Berry down the street. Service is great and the owner is a gem! Chantelle gives the best massages and is the best massage therapist I have ever had. This is saying something as I am a massage therapist too. So I know what quality is, my only hesitation is the price. Chantelle is worth every penny but sadly, I can't afford to go more than once every 3 months (if that) for a massage. Not many people in Tallahassee can afford $95 for 50 minutes much less a membership. Sorry but this is a city where people are barely making ends meet. read more
