Exceptional Service & Incredible Food at Stix…read more Another visit to Findlay was made even more special with dinner at Stix. Renz and his incredible staff have mastered the art of exceptional service. Drinks arrive within minutes, beautifully presented and every bit as delicious as they sound on the menu. We shared several, and every one was a hit. Our favorite starters are the curry mussels, chicken bao buns, and the watermelon feta salad. Choosing an entrée is always the hardest part because the tuna poke bowl, scallops with polenta, duck lo mein, and hot pot are all outstanding. Stix continues to be one of our favorite dining destinations, and we can't wait to come back!

I should have followed my instincts on this place. (Instinct: Fusion restaurants rarely get…read moreanything perfectly right - a jack of all trades is a master of none - as the saying goes). In this case, the Hot Stone Bibimbap with Crispy Tofu ($23) was inauthentic in so many ways. Way too many carrots and broccoli - none of which was pickled banchan style. The rice was overcooked white rice that didn't have any oil element in it to actually crisp up in the dolsot hot stone pot, and the crispy tofu was overfried. Basically a fake-it-till-you-make-it attempt at a bibimbap that happens to have a legit stone pot. But if the ingredients are a joke, it doesn't matter. I would never order this again. Don't be tempted if you are familiar with how this dish is supposed to be prepared.

As CLAG Brewing's on site restaurant and bar, we had an amazing experiencing spending an entire…read moreafternoon just enjoying the beer and eating a ton of amazing food. (See separate review for CLAG Brewing.) On arrival, it was mostly empty as it had just opened, but were told it would fill up. That was hard to believe as the place is huge, with multiple bar areas, tables of different sizes, and lots of standing. However, by the time we left it was filled! We sat at the main bar so we could talk to the owner. Our day had started with other breweries, so we were hungry and I'm glad we saved our tummies to dine here. I live in a city with tons of amazing Vietnamese restaurants, but this place blew them all away with maybe the most flavorful pho I've ever had. A huge bowl, not overly salty, with fresh produce and great flavor. Some of their beers are brewed perfectly to go with these zesty citrus flavors, so you really can't go wrong eating and drinking together. As I knew this was my only visit this trip, I also ordered a plate of fried rice which was also fantastic and I loved trying their sauces with it. Prices are so reasonable for the quality here. If you're a fan of Vietnamese food, great beer, and cool vibes, this is a must visit spot!

They have a PBJ strawberry hard seltzer that is think and sweet in the best way. It tastes like peanut butter captain crunch in the best possible way. If you like sweeter drinks you his is for you!!! The food was wonderful!!! I got the caterpillar roll with the soy alternative wrapper that was super. Aggie spring rolls were so good. I will come back again soon. I got a big can of PBJ strawberry seltzer freshly made and sealed to go!!!! Huge space. Our servers was good. There enough to keep us happy but not too much.
