From the beginning of the session, Lori was extremely rough with the massage. Post-op massages require care and gentleness, but throughout the entire appointment her technique felt overly aggressive and uncomfortable. In addition, she made several comments about my body that were inappropriate and insulting. She asked if I had liposuction on my arms, which I did not. She then asked when I had a tummy tuck, which I have also never had I only had a C-section. These assumptions were unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable during the session. There were also moments that felt very unprofessional. At one point she tossed a pillow onto my neck area instead of placing it properly, and when wiping the oils off my body with a towel she was extremely rough. This is something I have never experienced during any massage, especially a post-op massage where extra care should be taken. Because my previous therapists were so professional and gentle, this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the level of care and professionalism during this appointment did not meet the standard I experienced before.

When I got there, I asked for a deep tissue full body massage.. I didn't get full body. The guy that was assigned to me. Did my upper back for 90 minutes straight and I'm guessing he forgot that I had asked for a full body? Because he did a half ass job on my legs and arms, he even picked my legs up and dropped it a couple of times like that was gonna do anything. Not to mention my arms weren't barely touched. And he used very little lotion and oil. I still tipped because I was super late from the time I called and told them I'd be by but the experience was still underwhelming.
