2 stars Because the people were nice and we were seated right away... With an appointment. Spent quite a bit of money there. Two gel manicures and two normal pedicures for my 14-year-old and self. Her gel manicure lasted three days and mine started chipping at day three. They do not have many OPI gel and regular polish colors that match. Update: day 4 and I noticed that polish is chipped on 2 of my toes. Typically polish lasts 4 weeks on my toes. My finger nail (gel) polish is lifting on 50% of my nails. What a waste! read more

They use the cheap chunky dip powder you can get on Amazon and they don't even use the dip base like other salons. It's also unsanitary in there. I had a feeling that the guy didn't know what he was doing but I didn't want to be rude. I ended up wasting $40 and my real nails. My real index finger nail is completely broken after less than a week because the dip powder they use was pulling on it while it was chipping off. I've been to places in Lynn and my dip will last a month, which is why I get it rather than gel. It's been 1 week and 4 of my real nails are damaged beyond repair. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your money and don't fall for the prices. read more

I love this place. I've been getting my eyebrows and pedicure done here for five years... Basically since I moved to Massachusetts. A friend recommended them and I've never gone anywhere else. As soon as I walk in the door I am greeted warmly every time. They always do a beautiful job and I hope this small business is able to stay afloat during this pandemic. read more

The staff were very nice but my nails came out AWFUL. I asked for coffin shaped got square. Multiple Nails were uneven which I fixed myself upon returning home. They were busy so I didn't want to complain as there was some woman already in an uproar about her previous manicure there being uneven and watching them deal with her realized it would be a waste of time to request them to be fixed. I paid full price and tipped well but I would not return to them nor would I recommend their salon. For a $40 set of nails they should be what I asked for not a totally different shape and they should've been even. read more

Christina is soo nice! She was willing to try and do whatever design i asked for and like me she is a perfectionist so you never had to worry about not liking the art just tell her! I was a walk in on a sunday she had no problem seeing me and i told her about previous nail issues and she helped recommend which type of nail would suit me best based on my experience. Started going there for awhile it was going good with Christina.She does a good job.aBout the last few times I went she was making Waffles and eating while doing my naails. So unsanitary. so im writing this review only because I really had no way to express this to the nail salon. I walked in to this place after I called in and advisd her i was coming in 15 minutes. Christina greeted me and sent me promptly to the back because I had expressed I wanted a pedicure and full set. dint get the 1st. lady name who was at the pedicure station because she didn't speak English. but she did a great job with my pedicure. She took her time and really got in there granted i didn't get a pedicure for about 3 months prior. I was done and moved forward to Christina's station. I explained i wanted a full set with dip powder and she didn't tell me at first she didn't know what she was doing. My full set came out completely horrible, you can see where my tip is glued. The nail itself is too wide. the nails were ridiculously bumpy not smooth at all. and on top of that she said herself she didn't remember how to do white dip powder. she did such a botch job she sent m to the lady who did my pedicure so she can finish it. She told her to paint over my dip powder with white nail polish . I left extremely unhappy with my nails. I didn't put up a fight because that not who I am. I did question her and all she kept saying id the she forgot to sand and she didn't remember how to do the white dip powder. She tried to distract me from the horrible job by asking about my children, Im not saying shes a bad nail tech because when she sent me to the other lady i did see her do a beautiful manicure but i don't think acrylics is her thing. and the way she attempted to brush off the fact that it looks like i have fans on my hands was ridiculous. I have yet to find a place I'm happy with in this area. I had high hopes for this place. You would think they would have a different tech do my nails after I had to go back after 1 day of my gels chipping and they feel soft. Nope. And still to thick and soft. I'd love to know what they are saying. An Asian girl on fb said she understood them and it was not nice. read more

Ive gone in the past and got a fantastic pedicure. I went this weekend ON MY BIRTHDAY. I got some guy who was in a serious rush to get other customers started. No cuticle softner on my feet...just oil...huh. didnt even have to wash my hands..HUH? I had a mani pedi in 37 minutes. You can imagine what my mani looked like...my pedi lasted less than a week. Im going someone else to get repainted. Its too bad. Ive had a great experience in the past but i wont roll the dice again. read more

1 star is too much. I would give a negative 10 if I could. This lady is so rude. I don't know her name. But she is a middle aged chubbier lady. I come in to get my nails done and I ask her if she has a specific color, and she rudely tells me that I picked the wrong color. Then she continuously rolls her eyes while she's prepping my nails. The vibe she was giving was so off that I took my bag and I left before I even got my nails done. I will never go back there again. I suggest you don't either. read more

I have had Christina do my nails a few times and I've always been happy. Today I go in and I was happy to see Christina is available to do my pedicure. Sitting in the chair she took off the old nail polish, did a little nail trim and started doing the cuticle's. Then two people walked in and sat in the chairs to the right of me. At this time Christina announces that they made appointments so she has to stop my pedicure to start this other customers. What??? She said you wait and I will finish up yours when I'm done. I can't believe what's happening. I text a friend and she tells me to just walk out. I get up and tell the older woman who works there I'm not waiting. She tells me $15 and then Christina yells out no it's $20. Are you crazy!? She won't take the $5 I am handing her that she didn't deserve so I put it down on the table.
