I was told $90 for 90 minutes and then I asked if they have hot stones and she said yes. So like many other places I've been to, I thought it was part of my massage but I realize I should have asked. More to come on pricing below. I go into what looks like a room for couples with a light that was dim but not dim enough to set the mood for my massage and the waterfall was extremely loud. The masseuse put a towel over the lamp which did nothing. An older lady came in who was my masseuse and she asked me what areas are bothering me. But before we started I should have known something was up when my masseuse had a washcloth to wipe off my hands and my feet. Never in all of my years of having a massage has anybody done that. So that pretty much set the tone for things to come. I let her know that my neck and my shoulders needed work. I kid you not, she did more pushing on me then actual massaging and literally spent almost 15 to 20 minutes massaging my left arm... Just my arm and forearm! It was almost as if she didn't want to give me the massage. She barely massaged my back and yes I told her that my neck and my shoulders were the areas that I needed work but that's where she focused almost all of the time outside of massaging my arm and forearm. She rubbed my feet like she was grating cheese and then as she finished up using the hot stones on my back she moved them back and forth so quickly like she was trying to wipe a stain out of a shirt. On another note, I will say this is my fault for not speaking up but her nails were longer and subsequently I felt them each time she went under my shoulders and massaging my neck. So I get up and get dressed. When I go to the front this young girl tells me that the charge for my massage is $115. I explained to her that I had called the night before and they told me it was $90 for 90 minutes with hot stones. That was when they started babbling back and forth and that was when I told them to forget about it. I laid my card down, begrudgingly left a tip and walked out. Based on the reviews that I saw I had high hopes for getting a really great and relaxing massage. But I walked out realizing what should have been a relaxing experience turned into a waste of time and money.

I specifically told her right away that I wanted medium-to-soft pressure, but the massage was much too aggressive. She also used an excessive amount of oil and kept drenching me in it, which made the experience very uncomfortable. The room itself was not well maintained. There were holes in the walls, the door kept opening during the massage, and you could hear noise from other rooms because there was no relaxing music that u can hear playing in the room. It really did not feel like a clean, peaceful, professional spa environment. The price was $90 for 90 minutes, but unfortunately, I did not feel that I received the quality of service or experience I expected for that price. Parking was also not convenient, which added to the overall frustration. Very limited spaces and tiny area. Unfortunately, this was a bad experience for me, and I would not return. Never again.

It is not a fancy environment, but what they lack in aesthetic appeal, they more than make up for in skill. The room was initially cold, but I asked for an extra sheet which solved the problem. The therapist checked with me about my preferred level of pressure throughout the massage, and it felt great! I think it was $69 for one hour of deep tissue. The level of skill was on par with massages that I routinely pay $100+ for, so I was very happy with the service. I cannot speak for any other therapists but mine was top notch so I recommend this place 100%!

And leaving they changed the rate to $60 per person instead of the original 50, he indicated tip for her tip for me, so I put $10 for each to avoid confrontation, and to get out I could sense the pressure and it wasn't the physical kind needed on my feet. I typically don't request attention to a specific area but I am amazed that they find exactly what I need. The atmosphere is clean and nice music plays in the background. I see reviews that complain about staff being loud. I have never experienced any noise. I find that both male and female masseuse are good. I go so often they may know I prefer deep pressure. I love the punch card which gives me a free massage after 10vtimes. The staff realizes I need assistance going to my car and they always help.
