Extremely disappointed by the dishonesty and lack of professionalism. I first visited this Thai massage spa over Memorial Day weekend and purchased a single session. The front desk attendant walked me through a detailed pamphlet. She carefully explained all the package options and pricing. She spent time with me going over everything. Yet not once did she mention that prices would be increasing just days later. There were signs everywhere (literally and figuratively). In the lobby, at the desk, even in the bathroom. They advertised Venmo and cash discounts, along with flashy handwritten promotions for package deals. If there was space for all that, there could have easily been one sign that said, "Prices increasing next week." But there was not. No sign. No warning. No courtesy. I ended up returning four times in one week. I was genuinely excited about the place. The pricing was great, it was near my home, and I could walk in anytime. It was not perfect. The AC was broken, the lotions were cheap, made disgusting noise like lubricant, and the so-called CBD cream was fake. I just brought my own massage cream just to improve the experience. That is how much I wanted to make it work. I referred a friend who purchased a package and told the staff I wanted to start weekly standing appointments. The day before the price hike, I mentioned my plan to commit to regular sessions. That would have been the ideal moment to say, "We are raising prices. Would you like to lock in another package now?" But no one said a word. Then, during my final prepaid session, the front desk attendant informed me my package had ended. I said, "No problem. I will get the same one again." She replied, "We raised the prices." No explanation. No thank you for my loyalty. Just a newly printed pamphlet with whited-out sections and scribbled-over pricing. They were trying to erase the past. It was a bait and switch. Lure people in, get them excited, and then quietly raise the price with zero accountability. Still trying to be fair, I wrote a respectful letter to the owner, Rachada, explaining my concerns and giving her the chance to make things right before I posted a review. I gave her the notice she should have given me. Her response was somehow worse than the price hike itself. She took no responsibility for the lack of transparency, offered no apology, and instead sent a condescending reply suggesting I should be fine with the increase because her therapists are underpaid. She literally wrote: "I am sure you have had a cost of living increase in twelve years. I am sure your pay has increased yearly. Can you appreciate that my therapists are struggling to make ends meet?" That kind of assumption about my income is completely inappropriate. My financial situation is irrelevant. I was a loyal client asking for fair notice. Maybe grandfathering the previous pricing or a courtesy extension. She also tried to justify the price hike by saying it was to support her staff. Using your employees struggles to justify sudden price hikes, while still offering fake CBD, cheap products, broken AC, and no service improvements, is not only misleading. It is exploitative. There was no grace period. No loyalty gesture. Just excuses, deflection, and zero ownership. Bottom line: This business operates on bait and switch tactics, manipulative justifications, and total disregard for loyal customers. If you value honesty, professionalism, or even basic respect, go elsewhere. I already have, and I will not return. read more

Came in with extreme lower back pain and hip pain and Jeffrey massage therapist treated me with so much patience and care. He helped really massaged the knots out of my sensitive areas while being very mindful of the pressure. He educated me on any questions I had. 10/10 highly recommend. I had an amazing massage here using my Class Pass credits last Saturday! The staff was very nice and professional. They let you choose which kind of massage you want which is great because I got a hot stone Thai massage combo and it was what I needed. If you've never had a Thai massage where they walk on your back you're missing out! The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable I'm sure I fell asleep during part of the massage. What an amazing end to end experience. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism from the staff, and ask for Ava- she's awesome! Booking an appt was extremely easy and the staff follows up to confirm your booking. If it's your first time please show up a little early to fill out any forms they require. Masks are required so be sure to wear one (and be prepared for a temp check). I got the Oriental Signature Massage- and it was amazing (again- ask for Ava, you won't be disappointed). You get a deep tissue massage with some hot stones, and also a DEEP stretch- I've never had a massage like this before but my back felt incredible afterwards. Their website says its customized for the client and I 100% agree- give them feedback during the massage and they will accommodate. I usually get a deep massage every 3 months but would consider going here monthly. read more

I was in Houston for a trip and thought why not to get a couple's massage to fill some time. I called ahead and - luckily - they had an opening that night so we went. The reservation process was seamless and they are taking all the necessary precautions for COVID-19. The experience was simply amazing. If you want an authentic Asian massage experience; do yourself a favor and make an appointment to try it yourself. I personally had a 60 minute deep tissue massage and they delivered. The pressure was firm- which I requested- and I especially liked the oil/aromatics they used for the massage. They also used warm pads and placed them on part of the body that was already massaged. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and open to receiving feedback during the massage. Overall, if I lived in Houston, I would be a regular for this place. read more

I tried the massage couple times so far - the first time I came in for one hour, they were great/ professional and the service was great. The second time was horrible even though I paid for one hour an half, and my third time I walked in there for an hour massage ended up walking out in less than half an hour because they forgot to change the cover where you put your face on, and not sure what was left on there but ended up making my eyes burn and my entire face for couple hours after leaving. read more

After I talked to the therapist about my concerns (terrible shoulder pain due to past injuries and multiple dislocations), she recommended the Oriental Signature Massage because of the various techniques used. Intense and excellent and a great system that effectively minimized my pain not only in my shoulder but also in my other trouble spots (lower back, wrists, etc..) I will absolutely come back for additional sessions. This was my first time getting massage. I didn't know what type/style of massages I should get. My message therapist recommended me to get the oriental signature massage, which included Thai, Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stones. It's kind of a little bit of everything. I personally enjoyed Swedish and hot stones. Those two just gave me a relaxing feelings. Thai and deep tissue I would get when I feel sore and have tight muscles from exercises. My massage therapist was really good. She was nice. The facility was clean and smell amazing. I would go back there for couple massage with my husband soon. read more
