Got a foot massage here and it was not good at all. Literally the guy who did my foot massage had no technique. He drench my foot with oil (9 pumps for no reason) and just rub it back and forth. No pressure or effort. It was not a massage. He also tells me very loudly to turn around towards the end of the massage. You should whisper since it is a massage place.. a place to relax.. SA TRIGGER WARNING It has taken me some time to process this experience and write about it online, but I think I think it's more important that people know about the danger in this establishment. I got raped here by one of the male massage workers on July 22. I came with a group of friends, and at first, they allowed us to lay in the same room with each other. Halfway through, they separated us into different rooms to continue the massage. In the separate room, I undressed to my underwear with a towel like most places ask you to, but he asked me to be completely naked. Then, he raped me for the rest of the time. When I came out to the people at the front desk, the manager I assume, didn't seem surprised. I explained what happened, and they kept asking me to explain in more detail where he touched me. The manager then told me that next time I came, I could have a female masseuse, which is definitely not the response anyone would want. I'm only 20, so I told her I would talk to my parents about filing a report with the police. Then, she changed her mind and said I could have a free massage. Then, she changed her mind again, and said all my friends with me could get free massages. The manager gave me a hug and said she was really sorry. I asked what would happen to the man who raped me, and she said she would fire him. I don't actually know that any action was put to that, and the place didn't really do much to ensure something like this wouldn't happen again. They didn't call the police either. I was able to file a report myself later that week, but I don't know that the man was ever charged or even fired. My case is still open. There's a good chance he is still there. I don't care how cheap the prices are, this place screams trafficking, especially in Houston. At the very least, people are getting sexually assaulted here and it goes unreported. My entire life has completely changed in the worst way because of this experience, and I just hope no one else has to go through something like this. Stay safe! read more

Been going here for about ten years, since they first opened, and they do a fantastic job. The place is always clean and fresh, and I've never had a bad massage. At the current time, because of covid, they are working short staffed, so appointments are required, whereas last year it was easy to just walk in. There was no wait and we were promptly showed the options and upon deciding our fate for the next hour, escorted to the back for a relaxing massage. We each chose 1/2 hour foot and 1/2 hour back. I went here with some friends because we were interested in their combo foot and body/hot stone deal. I'm a female and I had a male staffer which was no big deal but when it was time to move into the room to work on my body/hot stone then tell you to get undressed and quickly leave the room. We didn't catch that at first but figured that's what they meant. I got undressed and moved the towel over my body to cover anything that could be exposed. When my guy got back to the room he grabbed the towel and practically lifted it to the ceiling to "re-position" it. That was completely unnecessary. I have been coming here for years. I don't know what's happened, but this was one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had. The woman they assigned to me definitely was new. Also for some reason she had pretty long nails. That was a combo for disappointment. Her hands were rough so when she started she used very little oil. Instantly began to pull my skin. Her motions were amateur and she moved like someone going through the motions but the motions being short, sharp, jabbing jerks. After about 15 mins I told her to stop and I left. They asked if I wanted a new person and kept trying to switch the person but after that I was done. It was so unpleasant that I was just in a terrible mood. You ever go into something expecting to be relaxed and because the experience was so bad all it did was make you upset and irritated. This was it. That was absolutely embarrassing to allow someone of that caliber work on someone and ask for clients to pay good funds for it. Never again. It is best to call ahead and make an appointment (receptionist is not always best English speaker); make sure you specify what you want, for how long and SPELL your name slow. I went to Imperial Foot Message a few weeks ago for a 90 minute foot message, and it was by far, the worst massage that I ever had. I had been going to Imperial for years, but never again. I got up to leave, but was given an older guy, who wasn't much better, and had the nerve to ask for a tip?! There were two ladies in the waiting room witnessing this. I ran out of there. Obv never coming back. I'm not even sure if this guy works there or if he was someone's husband or something. I've been to half a dozen reflexology places in Houston and Austin. This was one of the worst massages I've had. My first time here and I was booked with Jason for the $20 reflexology. When I got there, Jason had to be summoned from the parking lot, which was kind of strange. When the massage started, I noticed he smelled of cigarettes - kind of gross. The real problem was his lack of technique. He randomly and briefly rubbed my head, arms and hands with no pressure. Wasn't relaxing at all, unlike other places I've been to. He then did my feet but spent a lot of time randomly rubbing my legs with almost no pressure. At one point he told me to "relax" and I told him to up the firmness. He did, but there was still no technique. His back massage was OK. I left regretting my visit and won't return. I'd rather pay $10 more and go to Triple Tree for a relaxing experience with someone who has had some training. read more

I found this place after doing some crazy shopping on Hilcroft on 7/20. After all the walking around we did in the heat my girlfriend and I were in need of a good reflexology session. We decided to give this place a try since it was nearby. The special we took advantage of was $20 for an hour long session with a full body massage, and you can keep your clothing on in a clean, private and very professional setting with your friend in the same room. (As Maria Mentioned). The restrooms were just as nice and clean as the rest of the establishment. We met Martin at the front and he explained services, and membership options ($100/6 sessions) and so forth. The whole (staff men and women) were extremely friendly. Their website offers a $5 discount if you make an appointment. When I got there this morning ,they wouldn't honor the website offer . They said they don't have anymore discounts.
