I had my first visit yesterday (Friday) with Dr. Wen. I have a frozen shoulder and various other aches and pains. We chatted a bit about why I have a frozen shoulder and then he did acupuncture and left me on the table for about an hour. He sent me home with some pills and patches and told me to come back on Monday. Surprisingly, today (Saturday) I woke up with more mobility and less pain in my shoulder. I certainly didn't expect to see improvement that quickly. So far, so good. Update: I just checked my credit card bill and they charged me 3% more without telling me that they add 3% for using a credit card. Knocked off 2 stars for that sneaky move. I hate when people aren't upfront! After my second visit on 5/26/25, I was in tremendous pain after Dr. Wen tried to "break up the crystals" in my shoulder with his elbow. I hope he knows what he's doing because it hurts worst now than before and also set me back instead of moving me forward. I also asked Bella about the 3% credit card transaction fee and she pointed to a small sign on the glass showcase. Yes, they do charge a 3% credit card transaction fee but they have a 10% discount if you pay cash for 6 visits. This is definitely more about money making than making people feel better. So far they have added on pills, patches and oils which add significant costs to my bill. Not sure if I can continue coming to this expensive acupuncturist. I've been lucky enough to have been seeing Dr. Liang for over 7 years. They now have 2 locations: One near Dadeland, just off US-1 and a second on 117 Ave and SW 82 St. Having been my very first experience with acupuncture, I was hesitant. She conducts a type of "interview" you could say, and takes your blood pressure, etc. on your first visit. She also reviews your health history. The place is very relaxing with light music in the background. She has a very soft, sweet, soothing way about her which is very comforting. She has helped with everything from: nerve pain, asthma, allergies, anxiety/depression, fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue syndrome, migraines, hormonal issues and everything in between. Dr. Liang has a gift and she uses it very well. I have continued to see her as need and will continue to do so as long as she's around. read more

Thank God we found Dr Liang. After 2 failed cycles of IVF, we decided to give acupuncture a try, total skeptics. She treated me before and during our third IVF cycle and we had completely different results! On our third try, I am now 22 weeks weeks pregnant with a baby boy and we couldn't be happier! As someone who has attended this clinic and has NOT had their issues resolved (menstrual-health related), I wanted to write this review as a word of caution for anyone thinking about attending and spending a ton of money. I went to a regular doctor and had the issue solved via medication pretty quickly. I am now reflecting on my visits here years later and am inclined to believe that this business is a sham. If you do a quick search about acupuncture and all the other "remedies" that this business offers, you'll find that they are NOT scientifically proven to work. Acupuncture is wildly known as a sham. I feel terrible that my family has had to waste so much money on this business. Do what you will -- but consider the "placebo" effect of acupuncture. I am wondering if people struggling with fertility simply got lucky a few months later, which happens in life. I am also wondering if this business is using something many women/families feel very insecure about (the ability to have a baby) and exploiting it for a ridiculous amount of money. I am terrified that people could exploit others in such a way. I have also had temperature charts given to me. They didn't seem to have a set purpose except to put something in your hand and make it look like this is something official. I didn't see much of a difference after MULTIPLE sessions with Dr. Liang. This office will claim you need to keep coming back. I've actually had Dr. Liang ENCOURAGE me to go off my medication (that already took care of my menstruation problem!) and to keep coming back because she would fix it. In retrospect, this should've been a red flag. She also said something that directly contradicted what doctors were telling me about how to best treat my condition. Another red flag. I'm not saying traditional doctors can do no wrong -- of course they can. They are human, after all. All I'm saying is, it's weird that what MULTIPLE ob/gyn's have told me was directly contradicted by this clinic -- who would benefit from my return. Tl;dr: this didn't work for me, and I believe this business is a sham. To give a more objective review, the family member that introduced me to this business claims they solved their health issues. My family member's health issues *did* go away, partially, but it's possible other factors were at play (like their chronic disease being in remission), not the magical fix of acupuncture. So please, be wary of this business. It seems like a money-making machine feeding off the fears of patients with serious health problems. I left two stars just to account for the caveat of my family member claiming this did the trick for them, and because I think looking at natural remedies can be helpful at times. Dr. Liang is amazing. I went to visit her last year after a miscarriage. Two months later I was pregnant with a VERY healthy baby girl. From The first visit with her I felt the results of her acupuncture. She was recommended to me by a friend and I can't thank her enough. I've recommended Dr Liang to friends who are very happy with her. As for the person who wrote that this practice is a fraud. I would encourage her to provide details of why she feels this is the case. I think it's terrible to post something so negative without backing it up with facts. I can only write about my experience and it was incredibly positive. I have a healthy 6 month old daughter as proof. I make sure I share her information with anyone I meet having difficulties conceiving because I believe in Dr Liang and her talent. read more

Dr. Liang is extremely knowledgable in the field of accupuncture and also is medical doctor. Both my husband and I have been receiving treatment from her and have medical lab results to show improvement in our conditions after seeing Dr Liang and following her treatment plan. 4 1/2 months ago I stepped foot in this office for the first time. My wife and I came here in hope of answered prayers. After the battle of cancer, Chemo and many other challenges was finally over. My Wife and starting planning for Children. We started out with going to a fertility specialist (several actually) and after testing almost all of them gave us the same exact result. Leaning towards IVF was our only hope according to these specialist. With God in our lives we decided to leave it all in the hands of prayer. Months went by and several tries at IUI fell through. Doctors told me that my Sperm had a problem called "liquefaction" and that treatment for this was none existent. As for my wife, doctors would look at her with puppy eyes only to tell her that her eggs we not in good enough shape for natural conception, and That IVF would be her only chance. We came to Dr. Liang and although I wasn't 100% confident in the non-Chemical way of treating problems that Medical Doctors told us we had no chance to fix, we gave it a shot. My wife started Acupuncture with Dr. Liang and along with the acupuncture, and Herbal Tea that were specially prepared for Cleansing, and other parts of what is needed to treat our issues were prescribed. Dr. Liang asked us to give her 3 months. 3 months!!!! Oh, my goodness, how can I wait this long? I ask. Guess what? 2 months into the treatment, God blessed us with what every other doctor told us was impossible. My wife is pregnant!!! Naturally!!!! Dr. Liang is a God send and I will recommend her and her office to anyone!!! My wife 36 and me 40 are having our first child and I give all the thanks and blessing to her. This is the third time I try to write a review for Dr. Liang because she is such an incredible doctor. After trying to get pregnant for a few months and going through a miscarriage, I decided to try acupuncture for fertility. Dr. Liang explained to me that acupuncture is only half of it and the herbs are also incredibly important. She asked me several questions, looked at my tongue and took my pulse and told me to start taking my temperature every morning. Like any western doctor, she also sent me for bloodwork to check my entire ovarian panel ( FSH, LH, estrogen, progesterone, etc.). Once the results were in we began treatment which includes acupuncture, diet changes and herbal teas. She asked me to give her 3 months. I noticed my erratic temperature charts stabilizing, my hair stopped falling out in the shower, my skin glowed, my period became extremely regular and my debilitating menstrual cramps (which I've suffered since I was thirteen years old) were gone. Guess what? Three months after beginning my treatment with Dr. Liang I got pregnant! We are expecting our beautiful baby girl in October. Dr. Liang is truly a gifted doctor. She is heaven sent!! I was in my mid 20's, perfect weight, normal BMI but I went through 3 miscarriages. I saw every kind of specialist known to mankind and all testing came back negative, no one could explain why by body was doing this. At my lowest point, I came to the conclusion that I may never be able to carry my own child. Then, a friend recommended that I see Dr. Liang. She ordered I follow a strict diet to keep my body in balance to prepare to carry a child and consume herbal teas and medicine. When I got pregnant again I tried not to get too excited due to my past losses. The weeks passed and I was still pregnant! But then, I was 14 weeks pregnant (I only reached 13 weeks before) and then I was 20, 25, 30, 35 weeks pregnant. Finally, at 37 weeks pregnant I gave birth to a perfectly healthy baby girl.
