He is everything you could hope for in a locksmith: professional, reliable, super knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. We have an older home, and an especially old door lock that required repair. As Kenn opened it up to assess the situation, he gave us a bit of a history lesson on the (long since closed) company that made the lock, and explained some of the inner workings of how it functioned. He ended up going out of his way to find us a replacement lock, exactly the same as ours, brand new! It was shipped up in a few days and he was promptly back to install it. He gave us tips and guidance on how to care for the new lock to ensure its long life. He's even going to fix our old one, so we have a back up if we should ever need it.
