I found their company to be both courteous and professional. After verifying with the owner of the AirBnb that I was indeed a guest and me having to provide a little proof they allowed me to gain entry. Thankfully the owner of the AirBnb covered the cost since the prior guest took the keys by accident and this two hour interruption of my trip wasn't too awful.
