I called Anytime and asked if they could program a key fob. The employee who answered the phone researched the specific vehicle and said yes they had the necessary equipment. The following day I drove 45 minutes to Anytime Lock's office only to discover they didn't want to program the key. The entire experience was negative. The employee let me know the price would be higher than quoted and I would be charged the full amount if the key failed to program. I asked about the miscommunication by the previous employee. The conversation moved to the manager. Nothing positive to say about that other than I tried my best to navigate the semi-confrontational narrative. It soon became clear that it was better to leave with an unprogrammed key fob and contact the dealership. It turns out they did me a favor. The car dealership programmed the key for roughly half the cost of Anytime Lock. I can't say that I was happy with a 1.5hr round trip drive to Bremerton but lesson learned....use the car dealership for servicing vehicles. Based on my experience, I absolutely would not recommend Anytime Lock. read more

Awesome! Our truck needed new keys and key fob reprogrammed and it did not go smoothly. They spent over an hour with us trying to figure it all out and after trying pretty much everything, it almost all worked out. We still have one key fob that won't program, but not b/c a lack of effort, but more of a messed up car computer. We will be going back for our future key / programming needs! read more

Very good service. I walked in with blank key fobs for my car that o bought online. They were able to program them and cut the emergency keys while I got a haircut. Cost was way less than going to the dealer and I didn't have to wait a month to get a dealer appointment. They also changed the battery in my current key fob. I met a bearded super hero today. Today, I let my two year old play with my keys while I put him in his car seat. Our car has a setting where if the keys are in the car, you can push a button on the handle and the door opens, you know, in case your keys get locked in the car. In the same second that I shut his door, he pushed a button on the keys and somehow locked all the doors. I could not get in, the doors would not open. I called my step dad, who immediately called AAA and came down the street to where I was. AAA couldn't get anyone to us for another half hour, so I called 911 and my step dad made another call to a locksmith. They said they couldnt get there for another 30 minutes. We did not have 30 minutes. Someone walking by told him to call Anytime, so he did. The EMTs arrived and checked my son's respirations through the window. They said that he was not in immediate danger so we should wait for the locksmith instead of breaking the window. Matt got to us within 5 minutes of my stepdad calling. He got straight to work and had the door unlocked within a few minutes. I pulled my son out and was hugging him and crying. My step dad asked about the charge and his response was "No charge, have a good weekend." He left before I had a chance to really thank him. Thank you for getting to us so quickly. Usually I am a big fan of Anytime lock and Safe. I've had great experience with them in the past when I've needed to get new keys or other services. Last year I couldn't get my trunk open on my car. My key was too warn down to turn the lock, so I brought it in to them. It took an hour for him to pull the entire mechanism out of my car and pop the trunk manually, make three practice keys that would be accurate enough to work on the trunk lock, and put it all back together. That only cost me $25-28. Today, I had the misfortune of locking my keys in my truck. I called Anytime right away because of the good service I've had from them. No price was mentioned over the phone, and I had no idea what it might cost, but taking into account my previous experience I expect maybe $30-40. It took less than 30 seconds to unlock my door, and I don't see how that cost me $85, when an hour worth of work a year ago cost less than $30. Needless to say, although I am happy for the speed and efficiency that I received to get back into my car, I feel pretty jipped about the price. I don't know if I will be using the services again. :( read more

Wow! Matt and Mike are absolutely awesome professionals. I had lost the key to the container holding the spare tire on my Mercedes G-55 SUV. It had not been opened in more than 10 years. It was corroded and rusted shut. Matt was able to remove it from the car, and after more than an hour of working on the lock cylinder (which he completely rebuilt) he made new keys. Perfect! Knowing I needed it tonight (despite the fact it kept him well past his off time) Matt went well above and beyond, troubleshooting a number of challenges. I call for a quote, and the guy who answered was quite rude. When I was trying to ask for a quote, and was in the process of telling him my situation, he spoke right over me, asking if I needed him to come to me or if I was bringing the locks to him. As I tried to answer, he spoke over me again. He was rude the entire time I was getting the quote, and when I thanked him for his quote and his time, he asked if I wanted to set an appointment. I said, no thank you, I've already got a less expensive quote, and he hung up on me! I'm sorry, but I'd pay more for a place that has fantastic customer service, and this guy definately does not. I broke the dead bolt lock to the front door. My husband removed it and I took it in to Anytime. At first I was not very optimistic that I was going to have a fix without going to a big box store and spend $100+ for a new lock.
