I booked my haircut for the person who has been cutting my hair for some time. I did not realize that the "booksy" service they use changed the date to Wednesday when I was thinking it was for today and walked in to take a seat since I have an appointment. Not having seen my barber I asked if she is here to the JR. He said not today, I looked up the confirmation and noticed that I was mistaken. I said it was my mistake and pointed out I don't like using booksy and as I was heading out, this outlandishly rude young lady in charge of the door stepped in front of me with "can I help you!". I said "no, you cannot" which prompted her to spew "there is the door" pointing to the door. I congratulated her for being so smart to know where the door is. I think her beef was because I did not stop while she was busy with another customer and acknowledged her being in charge of the door. Her being able to behave with the owner present represents the owner's attitude towards their customers. What a shame!

This guy is awesome, he's talented and most importantly he's very pleasant. I text him ahead of time and I'm able to get a haircut in a timely manner, most of the time on the same days. There's no complicated process involved, and he will take care of you. The only time I waited long was my first time there.
