They have now told me constantly for more than 2 months that the replacement will be on the truck "next week." I am thinking they are just trying to run out the clock on my patience. She didn't give us answers or resolutions. She just kept giving us excuses about how it's different when you order online and How you can't go to the mattress stores anymore and just pick one up. They get it from a warehouse. I don't care about any of that, all I care about is where is my stuff. FedEx had a problem reading the label that matches firm put on the package so now it's held up at the warehouse. THATS MATTRESS FIRMS FAULT. Something needs to be done about it and something needs to be done fast. This is unexcuseABLE horrible service from this company. We are about to cancel the order.
