Bought our new mattress from David O. at Sleep Experts in Euless. Very pleasant interaction with David and he "knows what he is talking about." He visually sized up my wife and I and had us test a couple of different mattresses without the "match" machine. Our second mattress was what we both enjoyed the best and we went right to purchase discussion. David gave is a good deal along with box springs and a protective mattress slip cover. After nearly two weeks of sleeping on this new mattress, I think (and feel) that the purchase was exactly what the wife and I needed. As I said, David O. knows his business! I had a little "sticker shock" because I hadn't bought a new mattress in 20 years. But David showed me the difference in technology and design of our mattress which eased the pain a little of the purchase. We needed a guest bed and decided to give Sleep Experts a try - we are so glad we did! My husband kept hearing their ads on WBAP, and so we wanted to check out one of their great sales. When we arrived, David O. was very warm and welcoming. He let me try the mattress tester to see what mattress fit me the best, and I got personalized results. David was very helpful explaining the details of the various types of mattresses so that we knew the differences between each brand and comfort level. We found a mattress set that worked for us, and there was no pressure to buy something we didn't want, plus we got a great deal on our bed. We walked in not very convinced on making a purchase yesterday. We were greeted by Dave Oliver and went through the process of educating us on mattresses and Sleep Experts. Dave is very knowledgeable and NOT pushy. We bought right on the spot. He also made sure we could get our mattress the same day. Our delivery was scheduled for 7 PM BUT the drivers called and asked if they could come earlier, we said YES!! The most amazing part, after Dave, was how fast the delivery guys came and went. Three gentlemen, all professional, courteous and had the most attention to detail...did I say FAST. We then had an issue with our mattress cover and Dave and his manager were extremely accommodating. David O. (Store Mgr) was very helpful and unbiased throughout our entire interaction. This was our first time shopping for a mattress together. I did a lot of research online and looked through what seems like hundreds of review - the only thing that I found out is that you can't take reviews for granted because mattress shopping is entirely subjective. David performed a "Expert Match" for us and determined what would work out best for our needs. We tried out a few different mattresses that we liked and then we found a bed that we both fell in love with. Price wasn't necessarily an issue because we both saw this purchase as a necessary investment. I hate shopping for mattresses. There is usually lots of salesmanship and pressure. This however, was a fabulous experience! Kevin McNulty gave us great service. We came in with intentions to just look for a mattress for a future purchase, the salesman was great and let us make our own choices. We tested two mattresses which were both great! We decided to go ahead and jump on the king for a queen sale they were having, we also got a frame for a great deal, and two pillows for basically free. Oh, and a free delivery! Great place to get a new mattress! They have a machine here too to help choose which mattress is best for you.
