Several times I've purchased sales online and they do not honor the price in store. Multiple times. Ordered online same day pickup, I go in and they do not honor the price I preordered for. Very disappointed in the way I was treated by the owner or manager. We purchased a cartridge which is very common for us. This particular cartridge didn't work. They were beyond disrespectful towards me. Made the situation much more complicated than it needed to be. In the end, I left with my cartridge that didn't work, (they tried on their batteries) because they wouldn't take the phone number used for the purchase...because it was my husband's. Really love it here! I took off one star only because they can't seem to figure out how to take online orders and regular costumers. Personally if I order online I would love to skip all the dummies who forget it's 2023 and that you shouldn't be wasting space in the store. More mad at the customers for being so stupid and taking up 15-20 minutes just to order one thing. I'm talking to all the old heads who use weed as "medicine" like bro your just a smoker and your making this wayyy too deep. They can get expensive but I only shop here if I have the loyalty status if for some reason it runs out then I stop coming here. A very nice upscale shop. They have different sections labeled with lifestyle & effect choices. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a small parking lot, but there is street parking available also. There is also a clothing store and a coffee shop. Worth a stop if you are near. This is honestly the worst dispensary in Washington state the only reason I come here is because u guys are like 5 mins from my job. but at this point I'd rather just sit in traffic and go else where. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! There deals are scams and the THC % they write on the website is another scam. Got a joint which said 18% THC on the website and upon checking it turned out to be CBD with 6% THC. I went back to the store to exchange as this was clearly there fault and they said they take no responsibility for this and cannot do anyhting. Good selection, very high prices, unless you have a user discount or the item is on sale. We end up stopping here probably every 1-2 weeks, partly due to location, mostly due to our 20% off each visit. Regular prices here are generally 25-35% higher than other stores, comparing identical products and brands. I would never come here without a sizable discount or sale! They are slow and their Point of Sale system is a POS! I don't think anyone there would argue that point - employees hate it too. Service accuracy and efficiency can't happen with a s*it system but this is fixable. read more

It also offers an array of categories to chose from. These items include vapes, tinctures, edibles, drinks, flower, oil, and more to chose from. If they don't have a specific brand the have something exactly similar. I've only had one bad customer experience their. Changed rewards program that exposes lots of more personal info 3. Stock levels are horrible, out of stuff all the time. 4. Not a single employee gives 2 craps about feedback, almost as if they hate working there. Company started as a down to earth shop connecting with the local community offering hikes, coffee, fair prices, and no corporate bs. Now it's just another chain like store. Have frequented this store for 3 years. When in today to pick up my usual but they were out. Opted for a similar option instead... location only had 2 left. At checkout hudyender advised me that since one of the items would not scan that I was not able to purchase. This has happened to me multiple times at this location and in the past yhe budtender woul ring it up manually I know the liquor board requires that every piece f inventory is accounted for so there are strict issues around this. However I've also managed a rec store before and best practices are to get the item out the store asap... meaning sell it to a customer to avoid failing a random audit.... read more

I really wanted to like this place and love supporting local businesses. This is not a reflection on the cafe which I still regularly visit. In February, I decided to stop by and visit (and have on many other occasions) and their parking staff gave me $50 ticket. I brought the ticket to Origins Cannabis and was told that my parking ticket would be paid for and that I should wait until the end of the month. One month passes and nothing is paid and I get a $30 late fee. I figure its an oversight on their part and came back several other times to give them a chance to fix the problem. It's now late June and the ticket has still not been paid. I finally gave up and paid the ticket myself as Diamond parking areas have the right to tow my car due if I don't pay their fines. Between my boyfriend and myself we have had different experiences and I believe that is due to our genders. I did not like my pick up experience today. He didn't inform me that he had to switch out one of my concentrates. It was like he didn't want to serve me. On the other hand my boyfriend has a different experience completely. This is by far his favorite shop. When we go together it is another completely different experience. We have been helped by One of the female staff and she was AMAZING! Tried to do a curbside pickup of my online order but when I arrived, they couldn't find my order. Which is fine in of itself, but the attitude I received was so unhelpful, even to the point it was almost as if they didn't believe me! I made a point to say I couldn't pull up my order because their online order system as a "guest" doesn't give an option to receive an email confirmation (which is also strange) but I only received a blank stare and a "well, you're going to have to place your order again." LOOOVE THIS PLACE! There's a few dispensaries in Redmond and I live smack dab in the middle of them but this one is definitely my favorite. It's a liiiittle bit more expensive than the one that is just down the street, but it absolutely is worth that extra money. The place is very "official" and has a great atmosphere, there's a HUGE selection, the staff are always super quick to help, and they even have everything separated by the "vibe' you are going for as well as the type of item. They also have a great rewards program. I admit, I do wish they had a better glass selection and that they kept the little merch room open more often, but honestly I still rate them 5 stars despite those things. I never thought I'd find myself reviewing a dispensary. Well, here I am. Origins is successful in making someone feel comfortable. Masquerading as a hipster coffee shop, it's approachable. A welcoming staff, clean, spacious interior, it lacks the seedy vibe of many competitors I'm used to. They carry fantastic selection and have a layout that's intuitive for new users. Price wise, they're higher that the competition,but slightly. Product wise, they're predominantly stocked by higher end brands. They've got some discount 30 under 30 brands. But why, stick to the high end. All in all it's my 2nd favourite shop in the state, and it's convenient location in downtown Redmond makes it my number one stop. TL;DR go in, check it out. read more

Unfortunately I don't look forward to coming to this location like I use to. Buying cannabis should be a chill experience with people who are knowledgeable and understanding, at a place that honors the prices displayed when placing orders online (especially when people are encouraged to use the online/app) and at Origins Redmond the experience is exactly that, except when Wayne is working. My husband and I frequent this location almost daily and always have positive/delightful interactions with Will, Natalie, Webby, Kennedy, and basically everyone except for Wayne. He never honors deals that all other people ringing me up have on other occasions, has multiple times not honored the rewards points I used and than I lost them; Wayne is generally just a rude/disrespectful person who brings down the overall positive experience had at this store. read more

Three stars because experience really varies. For the most part the staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. I think they overcomplicate weed a bit but that seems to be the industry now. Prices are Eastside for sure. Manager (Bunny???) is not friendly :( Also they changed their points system recently and the rewards at not as good. read more
