We waited for hour and asked someone and that was when they got us back to get vitals. Took two people to get ekg to work. Waited about 20 more minutes for nurse practitioner. We have been here 2 1/2 hours and still haven't seen the Dr which we've been told he will take another hour with us. I originally gave 2 stars because of the crazy wait. However after leaving for hour to eat we got right in with Dr. He was very knowledgeable and listened to all our concerns. He made sure he has a good grasp of the medical history. All the staff was also extremely nice.

Once I was told Dr. Sami doesn't do any type of procedures any longer such as stents, etc. Basically everyone at this office was doing all the testing and he wanted it all done at this facility. They didn't even want the bloodwork done anywhere else and there was a 3 day wait for the appointment for bloodwork. I paid the co-pays then they wanted a another payment before testing started like echo echocardiogram, etc. Even if then testing had reasonly been done he said it wasn't done at this office. Then the heart monitors were stacked up near the girls at front desk and everyone was getting one regardless if the monitoring had reasonly been done. Then they required a blood pressure machine and the service to monitor it.. well I had to go to my primary several times because it wasn't working finally I returned it to them because after serval attempts to get an accurate report or reading they could not get it to work. They were supposed to give credit back for services they didn't provide and had charged me & the insurance company..over a year later I'm still waiting for someone in billing to return my call. They sent a bill for $20 for months but told me not to worry until I spoke with billing Mgr. Well a few months ago I received a bill saying they made a mistake and they added $50 now they want $70 and they still owe me money. I have called so many times this person is never available and the girl that answers the phone assured me that many people were having this same problem they can't even tell you what the charges are for it just has the amount and when you ask no one knows so I have all of my statements from the insurance company last year and all of my receipts for my payments because I never went back to this doctor again and I was told to send them certified to this billing person just so I can get it off of me so they'll quit contacting me and not giving me any information in my opinion I feel like it's a scam I feel like he only wants to do the testing there he doesn't want to do any procedures and that's his prerogative means his practice but even in the rooms they got chairs with Do not sit because his wife does plastic surgery or something there I'm just not real sure and I didn't feel comfortable there and I would never go back there again but I'm 100% sure that I do not owe them money and I know that they owe me and the insurance company a refund so he may be a good doctor he just wasn't a good doctor for me and other than the testing he did nothing for me so I have new doctors ​

And…read morenothing wrong with heart was sick because couldn't keep food down because diet hospital was feeding me. Because have to have special diet because of gastric bypass. Also one of associates put in contaminated pacemaker they needed up causing ganggreen in chest and had to spend 6 months in ICU and died 4 times and now in over a million dollars in debt. And when the other hospital and other doctors replaced pacemaker found fingerprint in blood on supposed to be sterile pacemaker and that was what caused infection. And attorney's tried to get records but they delayed everything until statute of limitations because in Texas you only have two years from install date and for a year of it I was in hospital and rehab don't use them find another group be warned!!!

More often than not, the front desk employees come across as passive-aggressive, rarely acknowledge patients when they arrive, and don't seem welcoming or friendly. For many patients, the front desk staff are the first people they interact with, often when they're not feeling well or are already stressed. A warm greeting and a little kindness can make a big difference. Instead, the interactions often feel cold and uninviting, which leaves a negative first impression. I hope Kelsey will provide additional customer service training to ensure every patient feels acknowledged, respected, and welcomed from the moment they walk through the door.
