The guy helping me acted like it was a huge deal to get a quote and when we went to get the wood, wouldn't let me check the wood I was purchasing. He stated this is not grade A lumber you get what you get. I understand this but if I am purchasing something, I don't want wood split in half from cracks and rotten wood as seen in the picture. Half the wood I purchased was rotten in the middle and can't be used. I won't be purchasing my fencing materials from them and will not be back for any of my future home remodel needs from them. Had we had a better encounter I would have been a loyal customer for years to come, very unfortunate. I would find another place to get your wood from.

I spent nearly two hours searching because Dazeys selection is EXTENSIVE--two aisles filled with virtually every size and type of screw imaginable, all meticulously organized in labeled drawers. Throughout the process staff regularly checked in on me and did everything they could to help. Tom and Pete in particular were instrumental in helping me find exactly what I needed. The clerk remarked that the model we had bought is a "POS" so even the staff knew it was a substandard mower yet sold it to an 83 year old man. Doing research after the fact, the same mower at Lowes was $400 cheaper and Lowe's stands behind the products and respect customers. I proceeded to sit back and wait patiently while she looked for the item. About 45 minutes later she finally came back to tell me that she hadn't found it yet! I was appalled that she didn't come back earlier to tell me that the wait would be this long! Eventually she found the item, 'in a place where it wasn't supposed to be' she said.... This happened at about 5 PM yesterday and I observed that customer service was practically abandoned at that time with only one lady who continued to talk on the phone looking away from me 'cuz she knew I'd be an upset customer if she acknowledged me. As 5 consecutive times I've went to pick up big loads that we're supposed to be ready and NOTHING. So I sit and wait an hour at least every time. I don't know how the manager of that dept keeps his job. As him and ROBERT were completely rude little babies. Who didn't want to do their job and find my order. 5 consecutive times I've folks these people have misplaced my order for more than 30 minutes.

She spent lots of time in the showroom with us, lots of time on the phone with me explaining everything, and sent me multiple emails and quotes. Honestly, you would expect prices to be cheaper on the Internet, but their prices were competitive or exactly the same. I highly recommend you go in and see what they have to offer. We are working on a complicated remodel and her help was invaluable.
