The professionalism has always been outstanding and it's rare for us to see bugs after treatments and when we do see them, it's generally ants. We've had a much wetter than usual spring and when we started seeing ants again, we called Valor. It wasn't our usual contract appointment, but nonetheless we explained our ant problem and they responded with a courtesy service the next day. Next day service is exceedingly rare. Their employee, Reuben arrived spot-on the time we were told to expect him. He said something that really struck me as premier customer service when he said, no matter that we sprayed in March, I am here to do whatever is needed to control your pest issues. His friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the products he was using were impressive. He listened intently and asked questions while I walked him around the trouble areas and then he went to work. After about 9 months living here, we come home to a flyer saying they updated the system. Zero phone call, zero conversation. We then received a 280.00 bill in the mail for something we never agreed to. I called, and they removed the bill and said they would come remove the system, which i was fine with. Today, they show up to remove the system and have left holes all throughout my yard with zero effort to clean up. Also, gentlemen walked through the muddy yard, ( it has rained for 4 days straight) and tracked mud onto the sidewalk. If they would have had a conversation, we might have continued to use the system. But, they chose to secretly show up and bill us, and then make a mess. Would not recommended Arrow to anyone after this experience.

I had called around to other businesses for quotes some beforehand and all the other reps were very pushy or wouldn't give me any type of estimate until they came to our house. Just over our quick phone call, I was able to get a ballpark quote (much lower than what I'd seen as an average on google) and he answered all our questions - he even cleared up my worrying about our dog getting sick.
