I will never use anyone other than Orlando Auto Body! EVER! My brand new Black Lexus IS 250 was hit literally only 6 months old needless to say I was pretty upset about it. I thought there would be no way that my car would ever look perfect again. During the time that my car was in the shop I had 2 girlfriends who found themselves in similar situations they took their cars to different shops. They received their cars before I did and they were messed up one girl couldn't even open the door from the inside of her car and the other girl could feel air coming through her car when she drove. Both places were fairly common places that people take their cars to (not going to name names) anyhow they both had to take their cars back to get re-repaired. So needless to say that worried me even more. So when I got my car back I was in total shock at how AMAZING it looked! It literally looks brand new just like I bought it! 3 days later and I am still in shock! Everything is perfect with my car. I appreciate them so much and especially Reggie who did most of the work...thank you SO MUCH REGGIE I can tell that you put your heart and soul into my car it shows! We have now used Orlando Auto Body twice. The first time was a couple years ago when we needed our 2003 Eclipse repainted, the mirror on one side replaced, and some minor dents repaired. We were really impressed with the quality of workmanship as well as how much the staff seemed to care about the work they did. Last week, we decided to finally get our 2003 Eclipse's headlamps replaced and tint redone. We ended up working directly with Shane, the owner of the business. He was able to give us a quote within a few minutes. The parts were in within a day and while we expected to have our car at the shop for two days, Shane had it ready for us in 24 hours. At the last moment when we dropped off the car, my wife asked if they could buff out some marks on the car's passenger side and Shane said they'd see what they could do. When we picked up the car, it looked amazing! The paint job from a couple years ago looks as good as new. The marks we wanted buffed out are totally gone. The new headlamps and tint are perfect. They even cleaned the inside of the car. From the outside, the car looks as close to brand new as it could. We love Orlando's Auto Body and totally trust them. Being an upholsterer for the last 40 years I have worked on allot of cars, been in allot of body shops and have seen what happens after you drop your car off and drive away! I want to thank Jason and his crew for taking the time and putting in the effort to prep a job right. They removed and replaced pieces and parts instead of trying to save a few hours and work around them. Jason even fought with the insurance company to replace a damaged door instead of just replacing the outside "skin"! I had been shopping around for a reasonable price to have some cosmetic damage repaired on my new Honda Civic after it was swiped in a parking lot. I received a lot of different referrals and just felt like I was being taken advantage of at these places. Each quote I received was higher than the previous. I finally found Orlando Autobody and everything just felt right. I could tell they weren't trying to make an extra buck off of me and really just wanted to earn my business and they did just that. I'm so happy with the work they did and cannot wait for the opportunity to refer them to a friend or family member. I was in an accident for the first time.. a hit and run and my light was all messed up and i had to pay out of pocket..i went on yelp and decided to give orlando auto body a try, and man am i glad i did! Same day quote on the email...and They were more than happy to work with my crazy schedule squeezing me in last minute and letting me drop off my car and picking it up the same day.. i ended up having to replace a whole part that goes across the front that keeps the light in, and the headlamp plus i asked last minute if they could fixing the ac.. Suprisingly the prices were reasonable ( thank god) and i was super happy with the finished product..but what made the experience even better was the fact that they were super nice and extemely professional and on point.. especially jason... Getting great customer service is rare these days. That is why I wanted to say thank you to Joe and Orlando Auto Body for going above and beyond for me. Aside from the friendly and honest approach that they took, I also got daily updates and photos of the progress of my vehicle. I was kept up to date on the process and they got my car done exactly when they said they it would be done. When I came to pick my car up, it was detailed from bumper to bumper and vacuumed. With the paint and body work.... Every thing looked good as new! They perfectly matched the factory paint, you couldnt tell that anything was ever done. All of the spacing and lines were perfectly matched to the rest of the car. The work looked amazing! They even gave me a great deal on painting ,my lexus emblems to match! My name is Ed Jordan, I have had two vehicle worked on by Orlando Auto Body. I was new to the area and was in need of repairs to my Ram 1500, I was referred to Orlando Auto Body. I was very pleased with the work, it was done quickly and looked as if it was never damaged. The manager Jason, office manager Nicole as well as the workers were outstanding in their customer service skills. I was treated so well I took another vehicle to Orlando Auto Body to have a vinyl graphic decal applied to it. When it was returned within a couple of days the decal appeared as it was directly from the dealer, it made the vehicle look like another vehicle. Orlando Auto Body is fantastic! Took my car there and was blown away by the service. As a personal injury attorney, I know how the insurance companies cozy up to certain Auto Body shops which results in the cheapest route to repair as possible. Turns out that would've occurred had I not taken my car to Orlando Auto Body. My bumper was originally set for repair and his team removed it and determined it needed a total replacement. They coordinated with the insurance company and everything was covered. By the way, when I went to pick up the car, a scratch on the wheel that I told prior shop not to include in the bid was repaired at no cost. I had some minor front bumper damage requiring a replacement bumper for my Lexus RX350. I got quotes from 3 different places & Jason @ Orlando Auto Body gave the lowest cost and shortest time. A friend of mine who is also a car insurance agent recommended him. He found my fog light just needed s new mount, not complete replacement. He ordered the bumper and had it painted so it was ready when I brought my car in. Rather than 3-5 days out my car was in and out same day. Not only was their quote the lowest but the quick turnaround saved me on car rental charges. It's been 3 weeks and through the car wash twice. Bumper looks awesome, fog lights and parking sensors all work perfectly. I hope to never need body work again but if I do, I'm definitely calling Jason at Orlando Auto Body. read more

Hands down, this is absolutely without question the place you need to go to have even the most minor items fixed or replaced. Honesty, integrity, excellence. Those are three attributes that will I very seldom use in a review. Barely had this car 2 weeks and someone backed into me on the driver side. And as luck would have it right in the seam of the door between the driver door and the front left quarter panel. I'm new to Mesa, Arizona and 2 months after I purchased my car some guy backed his truck into my car while leaving my daughters doctor appointment. I was beyond angry. I had no idea where to take my car to get fixed being new to the area & state. My kids father referred me to Orlando's. He works right across from them & works as a tow truck driver. Took my vehicle ,Lincoln MKZ, to several auto body shops to get a non insurance body work done, as well as the estimates. Hummm a little pricey. Decided to try one more place, Orlando Auto body. For the same estimate, was a $1000 less! No brainier there, so let them do the work. Got a call on the day they promised the car would be done . Inspecting the car looking very closely, could not tell of any damage ever happened. Not only did they perform the initial work , but washed and buffed the whole vehicle, plus..vacuumed the interior.I used to do auto body work and am very detailed orientated, I was very pleased with the work they did. Wasn't sure they would want my little "fender bender" job, but they did and assured me all would be taken care of. My wife and I were amazed by how great my 2001 Nissan pickup looked when we went to pick it up, much better than it did before the accident. I had a great experience with Orlando AutoBody. I originally went to Exxel Body Shop with the last car accident I was in, which was located in the same area as Orlando Autobody, but is now closed. I was told clients were referred there so after a professional and easy set up of my file with Junior, I decided to stick with them, and I'm glad that I did. I had gotten in an accident a while back and finally was taking care of it. They got me in the day I wanted, at the time I wanted. Orlando Auto Body was great! They were very accommodating when I called and said my son just had an accident can I have the tow truck bring the car directly to them. When you call someone always answers the phone and Jason answered any questions I had about my son's car. They dealt with our insurance directly so I never had to. My son has a 2017 Mustang GT and of course it being his baby so he wanted it to look perfect. Orlando's did an amazing job on the repair of his car, it looks just like new. OK, the last thing most of us want to do is take our car to a body shop. It's an "Oh crap!" situation. Had a little damage to my rear bumper and called Orlando Body Shop. What a great experience! Shop manager, Jason Orlando was great to work with. They totally had my best interests at all times. Found a couple things the insurance company didn't estimate and got them covered. They only use OEM parts. Communication was great, my car was ready when promised, and the work was outstanding on a tough to match pearl white paint. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE! I bought my moms old car when she upgraded and it came with some bumps and bruises. When summer came in AZ I noticed that the hotter it got the farther the rear panel got from the car. Pulled in when they opened and someone met me outside at 7:29 am. Guy took one look at my issue and said no problem. 20 min later it's perfect he charged me 25$ and fixed a mirror I had not noticed was trying to escape. I gave him a 20$ tip. I had a tire blowout on my Audi and was hesitant on submitting a claim and taking my vehicle into a body shop.
