The caulking last 1 year 5 months and they were going to charge me $375.00. I reported them to BBB in which the results that they didn't want to resolve the issue. So I posted pictues of the shower and caulking that failed and finally someone from customer service stated they give me a complimentary repair the caulking of the shower which happened August 8th 2025. And I also found out that the shower is only guaranteed for 5 years not the life of the shower. Not going to post pictures of how the caulking failed but that is still posted on their FB site.

We also had them install new cabinets in the kitchen where there were none. In addition we had the team install a water line to the refrigerator and an outside vent for the microwave. Richard gave a very fair quote with all materials and labor included. The materials used are top notch! Richard and his team are highly skilled and perform high quality workmanship. They also worked clean and protected our property during construction. We couldn't be happier with the work for the price and we LOVE our new walk in shower! The trees and shrubs were removed, but they then refused to remove the gravel stating "I can't do that for this price". He also wasn't able to complete the irrigation job as promised. They also broke one of my chairs on my patio and broke my mailbox without notifying me they had done so. Couple all of this with what may be the worst communication I've ever dealt with, and I wouldn't hire them to build a dog house. I regret hiring them and I further regret not making sure all of this was in writing. Learn from my mistakes and steer clear from this company.

I've been left with no floors, no kitchen progress, and a major financial loss. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I would not recommend this company or Anthony Wishart to anyone.
