Someone swiped my daughters car and I brought her car here to see if the scrape could be buffed out. The front office personnel, as well as Barry McDonald were very personable. Barry took a look at the car and knew that with some solution, he could remove the scratches. I won't mention what he did so that the diy folks don't try this at home and ruin their car's paint). The car looked good again. Their wasn't any dishonesty here. Presently, my daughter has a loose front bumper from another mishap and I plan to bring the car here to have the work done. The staff is very kind and Barry is a genuine guy who values honesty and craftsmanship. He knew our budget and was able to help guide us with getting the essential repairs and did an excellent job! They ordered a new fender part which took 3 business days to get in and then the next day he fixed the car and had it looking great! They were also very flexible and did a lot of other things free of charge such as buff out the headlights and push in a dislodged fender on another vehicle. He immediately came outside to take a look and began to work on it. He was able to fix it , he advised what else might be needed and I will definitely return to get the added splash shield . Years ago I brought my friends Elantra in to make food on the fact I dented it. Ended up costing $700 to replace the panel, but was offered a deal for $600 if I paid cash. Obviously I did that, and they did a great job. However I left feeling like I got jipped on the price. This week I asked to see if they could fix a seal because I had a leak in my trunk. They said it would cost $50/hr for a diagnosis, likely 2 hours to diagnose. I took it to Willie's instead for a free quote, and despite both dudes working there shirtless, they diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, fixed it in 5 more minutes, and charged me nothing. After being involved in an accident I was unfamiliar with the body shops in the area and came across Orlando Auto Body as a very highly recommended venue. I went to them to get a quote and immediately everyone there was extremely kind and willing to help. When I handed over my car the entire front end was in total disarray and when they told me it would take a week to fix I thought it was unlikely. If you need to have your car repaired after an accident, do yourself a favor and go with Brad & his team at Orlando Auto Body. In what can be a very corrupt business, these guys take care of you and make sure to advocate with your insurance company on your belaf as much as possible. After an accident in July 2013, I took my poor little Prius to Brad for an assessment. He spoke with my insurance adjuster many times on my behalf while he was fixing my car and did an incredible job- very thorough and my car looked and felt like nothing had ever happened to it after he was done. He even addressed some mistakes that were made by a different car repair shop here in Orlando. In 2012, a car carrier ran my car into a tree and dented/scratched it very badly. I made the mistake of choosing a repair shop through my insurance agency (they team up with select shops and provide reimbursement for the bare-minimum repair job), and needless to say, there were very bad mistakes- it was a horrific repair job, and Brad noticed immediately. He actually worked with my insurance company and were able to advocate for additional repairs on the damage that was never originally repaired in the first place. I have already sent two friends to Brad because my experience was so great- just look at the other reviews and I don't think you'll have to look much further. Brad is your man! read more

This is a auto body shop we discovered when we needed the car bumper fixed and the car rimmed put back in also another bumper up front.Keep in mind this is a rental car and it needed to be return withing a few days so they were fast to get the bumper in and paint it and do all the repairs withing 8 hours witch was awesome. The owner of this place is really friendly and nice and he will take care of you even take a chunk of the bill if you bring in cash, the good part about this place is they are quick to fix your car and do not take days or weeks like at other places plus at another auto body shop near by they wanted almost twice the amount for the same things being fixed. This place is a bit hidden but once you find it on your map or yelp it is easy to find and it is conveniently located close to Colonial rd. Even though this was not my car that needed to be fix I would definitely bring my car if I ever need anything repair as far as Auto body type. I think anyone that lives in the Central Florida area should bring the car here to get it fixed, the owner started mostly doing restoration work and then now dose auto body work. The front of my car was covered with white paint after driving over newly painted street lines. I brought my car into Orlando Auto Body after reading the great reviews on YELP. They did not disappoint! Everyone there is warm, friendly and really carIf I ever drive over a freshly painted line againe about doing a great job. The price for service was more than fair. Orlando Auto Body team was so helpful in helping me determine if I needed a repair to my side mirror (which I hit while backing out of my garage!). They could have sold me a whole new mirror (estimated at over 800), but they didn't. They explained what appeared to be wrong, snapped the parts back into place, checked to make sure the mechanics were working, washed off the paint scuff marks and suggested I wait to see if I really needed a replacement. I got a written estimate in case I need to return. I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I am truly grateful to know there are honest, helpful people in the world. Ladies you know how it is going to any mechanic or repair shop alone. There is constantly scare language directed to you for an estimate. I went to 5 repair shops looking for someone to help me immediately with a rental car repair that was keyed on both sides due to vandalism. I was quoted prices from a few hundred to over $4500. With various colorful language on why it was going to cost so much. Even with me saying the manager at the Rental car place stating to me clearly, "Don't let anyone tell you that you need a new paint job. You just need a good buff out. Be sure to bring the car back if anyone tries to scare you into painting a rental car." Each shop I said the same thing after they gave me their reasons why they can't buff it out and why it needs to be a new paint job on 6 panels. One of the 5 shops recommended this place Orlando Auto Body. He gave me their card and said Brad and Ron are really good hard working honest guys that should be able to help you out better for your situation. So I went over to them and met Ron. Ron LISTENED to what I needed, and what I didn't need. He still wasn't sure he could help me, but gave me an honest assessment of what he thinks they can do for me. He didn't promise me the moon, and he didn't scare me into something I clearly said I don't want and the rental company doesn't want either. He said he will try his best, but even at that level the job might only come out 75% better than it looks now, which was already bad. IF they started the work and they realize it won't look at least 75% better then they won't do the work, and I won't be charged, and then we can discuss other options at that point. I agreed to this process and went home and hoped for the best, but was doubtful after the 5 other shop experiences I had that morning. A few short hours later I get a call from Ron "Come get your car." I was shocked it was done so fast. Still worried how it looked and if it would pass rental return inspection. I go over there, and we look at the car together and I was and everyone at the rental place was beyond impressed. Without a doubt it was 95% better. If you knew where the scratches were and you really inspected it closely in sunlight you could see a few small area that couldn't get buffed out. If I could've kissed this man's feet I would've. lol (ok maybe, slight exaggeration) The cost was reasonable and beyond lower than all other quotes I got that day. So moral of this long winded story, this is an amazing shop, with fast hard working guys, who are honest and sincere, helpful and respectful to women and their intelligence. A VERY HARD FIND.
