Tonight I finally did and all I can say is OMG! I did the chopped cheese, with just vegan cheese, because I'm not vegan just lactose intolerant. This chopped cheese was delicious! The sandwich was topped with so many flavors, but the chimichurri sauce being the one that stood out the most. The chopped cheese was $16 ($1 was an up charge for vegan cheese), but it is SO WORTH IT.
