I'm not proficient as it's just a hobby, but I've always liked Ovation guitars and saw a used electric-acoustic one for sale. We went to the front desk and didn't wait even 30 seconds before one of the clerks greeted us with a warm smile. He then answered a few questions and let me check out the guitar without any pressure. No updates, no silly offers for professional guitar care kits, straps, etc. He surprised me when he told me that the guitar came with a case! Albeit an older, beat-up one, but I was ecstatic about it, regardless. Anyway, the transaction went smoothly. We had an enjoyable discussion about music and guitars; the staff were very welcoming and professional - not just to us, but everyone. It was an enjoyable shopping experience and I'd totally make the drive to purchase from again.

Erik is awesome. He's talented, and a true sweetheart ! I gave him a project He's never done before…read more- to re-string a zither. Once we got the strings from Germany he researched and found out how to restore it to its luster. He was very communicative. His appointment system is very professional and has great follow-through and reminders sent to make sure you show and when your project is done so no guessing. he's a true businessman and artist.

I have a guitar that I, embarrassingly, couldn't get to be playable for over a year. I dropped it off and by the next day had a wonderfully working instrument. Troy, who I believe is the owner, went over the all the possible issues with me and it ended up being a simple repair. Other than that, inside the shop was filled wall-to-wall with guitars, basses, ukuleles, and plenty of accessories. I didn't check out the prices so I can't comment on that, but there was definitely plenty to choose from. It was a really cool shop and I hope I get to go back soon.

For those of you who are in to guitars of all eras you need to visit this shop. the gear is in amazing shape and once I got home and was able to sit down and plug in I was blown away by the quality and sounds. saw a 1920s Martin while I was there, nobody buy that one cause I want it for my collection, ha ha. thanks again to Shawn for his insight and expertise!
