He sent me a text message telling me that they would not see my boat anymore and that i was on my own. I've been bringing this exact boat to Carlos since 2018 and i've never had any issues until now. The carb was not fixed and i paid a lot of money to have it rebuilt and he's saying because it was in my warehouse sitting the carb needs to be rebuilt again on my dime and he will not do it. He said there's only a 30 day warranty on the repairs. Not good business in my opinion and this is no way to treat a loyal customer. I would find someone else to work on your boat!

He explained to me exactly what had happened to our generator and gave me multiple ways to relieve the problem. The marina told us they had to cut a hole in the side of our 70 ft Hatteras to remove generator but he was able to break it down into pieces and carry it in and out of a 3 story boat. My son is in the market for a bow, so he has been saving his money and birthday funds to purchase something on his own. We went in to see what they had and the bow that would be perfect for him wasn't on the rack, but it could be ordered. They had another option, but he decided it would be better to wait "just 7-9 days" for something better. After 20+ days I stopped in and got blank stares... "we really don't know, we will call you on Monday." -No call Monday. -Called Tuesday... "uh well, we don't do archery any more. I'll call you back when I know more." (Kind of hard to do when you don't even ask me for my name or number.) -Wednesday... you guessed it...no call. I called them again. "Well, we don't do archery and we don't have any more contracts so we can't order anything." Then they wanted to give me the cash deposit refund by debit card! Sorry, I want cold hard cash and end it right here and now. They couldn't answer why it wasn't ordered, or why nobody had any idea that it wasn't ordered, or why anything happened the way it did.
