Terrible experience with this company. I called them looking for a water slide for my daughter's birthday for the next day, as we just moved to the area a few days before. They were very responsive and said they had availability. I requested something small because the backyard is not very big. They asked me for the measurements, which I provided, and we were able to move forward with booking. The next day they showed up on time, however the very large, 800 pound slide, did not fit through either gate. I asked them to bring it in through the house but they said it was a liability. They offered to set up in the front yard but said it would require sandbags to keep the slide leveled and would be more expensive. Because we have small children and on a budget we decided that would not be best. The employee told us since they couldn't set it up we would receive a full refund and provided an email address to send the request to. I sent the email and Alex responded with an "I'm sorry we couldn't make it work". My card was still charged 2 days later. I reached out again, no answer. I called and left a message. 3 weeks later after no refund, I decided to try emailing again. This time Alex informed me that they have a no cancellation policy and would not be issuing a refund, except I did not cancel. He states his employees do not have the authority to offer refunds and he would not be issuing a refund. I was never once asked about the access to the backyard ahead of time. I gave all the information they requested prior to booking. I'm at a loss as to why I have to pay when they were unable to deliver what we reserved. I already had a very disappointed birthday girl and now I'm out $275. read more

*** DO NOT USE *** We hired this company for my daughters 4th birthday. The day of there was a potential for bad weather, the company calls us that morning and says they can not set up (they canceled on us). Not only did they keep the $100 dollars up front they took an additional $82 as if they had completed the job. I called Monday morning expecting it was probably an easy call to a refund as they canceled on us. Wrong! I was advised they do not give refunds. I explained we did not cancel the job they did. My wife and I we're told again no refunds! Sounds crazy right totally true. I'm truly baffled that a company would act like this. I will never use them again I would strongly suggest you don't either!!!! read more

I highly recommend Winter Park Bounce! We had another slide company fall through the day of my brothers birthday party so we needed to try to find a company that would deliver a slide that day. We called Winter Park Bounce and they were super friendly and helpful over the phone. They got a slide to us within two hours. They were great at communicating with us, letting us know exactly when they were going to be able to arrive and set up the slide. They had a quick set up and made sure that we knew all of the safety precautions before using the slide. I told the owner Marcus that I wanted the tallest and scariest wet slide for my granddaughter's high school graduation party. He recommended the 36' Mega Slide with slip and slide attachment. They arrived early, set it up quickly, gave instructions and advised they would be back after the party to pick it up. This slide was a blast. All the teens loved it. Very steep, fast and scary. Everyone loved it. Marcus called prior to picking it up to make sure time was ok, which gave us plenty of extra fun time with the slide without extra cost. Picked it up quickly and left property appearing untouched. Very professional. Would rent from them again without question. read more
