They are very friendly and efficient. I was worried that all of that stuff wasn't going to fit in my Lexus RX 350 so we brought my other SUV which is the same size and the rep assured me one car was enough and plenty big and sure enough he got everything nice and neat in there with room to spare. Let's think about this, they are managing an event, we exhibit at the event, the idea is for everyone to work together, these people hide behind the union. How can progress move forward when EVERYTHING stops because of break time, let's space the breaks out so that someone covers for those on their break, not rocket science! So that we can keep moving forward. Example: I drive 3 hours to get to an event that I am paying thousands to exhibit at. I follow the instructions provided and drive 8 miles out of the way to the "Marshaling" yard, 3 second conversation with the Marshall, ok you can head toward the convention center. 8 miles back in Orlando traffic to wait 45 minutes to get a pass (why am I waiting 45 minutes because they are 15 minutes over their 15 minute break), to drive literally across 2 lanes to the guard gate to get another pass, then greeted by a guy in a golf cart who claims to park me at a loading dock right next to my booth, come to find the next dock down is right next to my booth then he argues with me when I ask to move closer and tells me that I am wrong. At pickup I arrived early to get into the line, I am waiting now for 2 hours & 15 minutes, 40 minutes since the show closed and the line has not started to move at all and no one with a freeman shirt or credentials is anywhere to be seen. Total BS!! May I add this is the same at every venue that we exhibit at where Freeman is present and it needs to change. The only person that this is working for is the union protected worker....not at all for the guys paying their wages...

They provided the photo example of what we should have received. Instead, they gave us 4 same-color balloon bunches tied together at the knot with no strings. Additionally, we wanted them delivered at 4:00 PM, Zunzun Lux Events went behind our back and arranged a 12:00 PM delivery with the event venue and then showed up at 11:18 AM to deliver. Not ethical.
