We didn't wait long before an Apple employee asked how they could assist us. All told, three employees assisted us, and provided useful information towards the validation of my wife's educator discount, the current stock of the device she wanted, and the timing of it all. When we returned a couple days later to pick up the Neo, again, the assistance was attentive, friendly, and professional, even in the midst of a very busy store. The store's location can be found easily on the second floor, just a couple stores down from Barnes & Noble (an entry point from the parking lot), and also one of the escalators.

I had a two year old IPad that I had bought there and after an hour and a half of them trying to fix it, ( a woman who stayed with me finally ) she decided it did not work the screen went black again..she said too bad, you didn't but Apple insurance we can't help you.. I ended up having to buy a new IPad, than you very much .. I was so exhausted the next day I missed a doctor's appointment! I WILL NEVER YO TO THAT STORE!! With the remaining money that I had budgeted for the screen replacement I followed his advice and he purchased and installed a 1 Terabyte solid state hard drive to replace the current outdated disk drive. Both of these fixes were just $10 over what I had budgeted for the screen replacement alone. Just from talking with him a few minutes I was able to get a timeline of how long he has been working on computers. It's over two decades. I felt assured he was more than qualified and genuinely liked to fix computers. On a personal note. Kevin's attitude and professionalism is cool to be around.
