What an great company, Highly Recommend. My Dell Computer stopped working. I was referred to West Orange Custom Build. I brought it over and they immediately tried to see if it was something simple, unfortunately, it wasn't. They called a few hours later to let me know the video card was bad and they gave me a few options on how it can be fixed. He told me I could use other ports and I would be all set. I came in to pick it up the next morning and they handed me the bad board and explained what I can do to hook up the 3 monitors using HDMI and USB. It's home and working like new. When I asked what the damage ($) was, they told me no charge. I couldn't believe it. I had to ask a couple of times because while they didn't need parts, they did spend time figuring the issue and coming up with the solution. I came to them when my phone took a crap on me and i had to have it fixed by the next day before my flight. The owner Jeff and the technicians working there were very professional and were able to save everything from my old phone. They kept me informed the whole time and were upfront with me that in the end it would be better for me to get another phone. (even though it cost them profit) Then they even went above and beyond to find me another phone that would be compatible with my data from the broken one. They truly did the most outstanding job of customer service I have ever encountered. But what I like most is that Kris and the others take the time to explain what needs to be done, what can wait, and what the options are for the work and the cost. They are clear in their diagnosis and when they are outlining the cost of various options. We get the work done professionally, quickly and at the cost we discussed. Excellent service! My PC would not boot up and the self-diagnostics ran in circles. I was able to boot it up in safe-mode. But, I couldn't do anything with it. I brought my desktop tower in and left it with them. They were able to restore my system and even ran diagnostic checks to clean up my system from unwanted applications and files. I hope I won't need their services again; but, if I ever do, I will definitely use them again! read more

I've patronized West Orlando Custom Build on 2 occasions and they not only went above and beyond but were extremely friendly & affordable.
