Usually going to a doc's office or healthcare facility isn't something I look forward to, but after a few visits here, considering how I was treated by everyone on the staff and how I felt after some treatments, I began to look forward to going! I feel and believe that everyone there is interested in my well being, and I truly appreciate that. My time is respected; I'm never left waiting for long. I've just been through a 4-5 week period of 3 visits a week to get a painful back problem under some control and I am feeling better. I got some answers to questions I had and even the TV in the lobby area with a loop of info about chiropractic is interesting. I plan to continue getting adjustments from Dr. James because after you get over the initial jolt of that "back-crack" sensation, it feels pretty dark good. I had NEVER been to a chiropractor until today. I'm thankful I went to Orlando Spine Studio! Not only was the office new, nice and soothing but they were friendly from the front door (the two ladies at the reception desk were so professional and cheerful) to Dr. James himself who not only was funny, friendly, and tremendously professional, but he also explained everything he was going to do as he worked on me before and during that it eased my anxiety until it had dissipated completely before he was done. Aside from that, I found I had a wider range of motion and truly felt better when I walked out the door. I'm already looking forward to my next visit in a week for my follow up. I agree with what Jennifer said about the pressure of making appointments/canceling/etc. I enjoy my experience here... it's more than just an adjustment and out the door. You get adjusted, get some therapy (electro stimulants, hydro bed, massage) and feel pretty well taken care of. The nurses are quite lovely and sweet. Dr. Jaffe is a Seminoles fan so that makes me happy :) However, I do feel SUPER pressured into making another appt. Sometimes they want to see me two days later. Two days later?! Also, when you have to call and cancel or reschedule they want to know if you can come in the next day. (sigh) Just let me call you when I am ready for my next appt, please. read more

Dr Jaffee and his staff are the best. I come to Dr Jaffe with a hip and shoulder problem and within 4 or 5 sessions my pain level went from a 10 to a 2. I have never waited for my treatment. I am a current patient in the office and I've been very happy with the care I've received. For the most part, the office runs very well. It's relatively easy to schedule an appointment and I've never really had to wait long once I arrive. The adjustment itself is always good. I like to lay on the tables afterwards and get iced down. Overall, it's a great place and Dr. Jaffe really does care to make you feel better. I've been to many other chiropractors in town and I always feel like I'm being taken advantage of or being sold items. Not here. My only complaint is that they do often get aggressive with scheduling appointments. And sometimes when I have to cancel or reschedule I feel like I'm questioned too much about why. It's really none of their business. But that's a small price to pay for a great neck cracking! read more

I've been coming to Dr. Jaffe for over 3 years now. I work as a nail tech, so it's very hard on my neck & back. I came in with an inverted curve, and Dr. Jaffe was quick to fix that issue! I love that they do x-ray before doing anything to make sure you are cracked where you're supposed to! I come in every month now to get readjusted and I have seen major improvement in my posture, my headaches have subsided and my body feels relaxed and less tense! I have been seeing Dr. Jaffe for months and he is by far the best chiropractor I've seen. I had terrible sciatica and after a few months and a treatment plan where I saw him 2x a week then 1x a week, then every two weeks, I am so much better. The first visit was professional, he took images, explained them to me, explained my condition and treatment plan. He listens and is easy to talk to. He remembers from one visit to another what we discussed. His staff are all friendly, professional, and patient. Dr. Jaffe and his staff are genuinely concerned about your well being and progress. I cannot say enough about his bedside manner, his sincere concern and his wonderful staff. Dr. Jaffe is one of the biggest jerks I've ever met. I was referred to him by a friend but cannot believe she would recommend seeing him. On my very first appointment, I was early to my appointment but didn't see him until 45 minutes after my scheduled time. He did not apologize for being late, rather he started reading the online assessment I filled out prior to my visit and chuckling, saying "Using medical terminology, huh?" What a joke. They play a video for your first visit about how much education a chiropractor has to get and what the chiropractor can do to improve your health -- they do this because apparently Dr. Jaffe doesn't want to waste his time actually talking to you. I'm switching chiropractors, let him know in a nice way over the phone (as I told him I wasn't going to be scheduling any more appointments with him) and he said "Fine good luck" and hung up on me. Biggest jerk I've ever met. Don't give him your hard-earned money -- find a chiropractor in the area (there are lots of them to choose from) who's a decent human being. read more

This office is by far the most unprofessional and rude place I have ever been! I have never felt so harassed in my life. I just can't fathom how this office was awarded Orlando's Best. First, Dr. Jaffe is incredibly disrespectful! I experienced a family crisis and was unable to schedule my next appointment and about 10 days later I received a letter both typed and hand written from Dr. Jaffe basically scolding me and telling me to find another Chiropractor. Apparently he created a treatment plan without even consulting or discussing it with me! In addition, their office secretary, Angel, is extremely pushy. If you do not know right away when you would like to schedule your next she becomes belligerent! In addition to the awful, unprofessional staff, you need to look out because they will try and con you into more x-rays and appointments then necessary! My advise to you is read reviews on this office before scheduling an appointment! It turns out that many other have experienced the same issues I did.
