Impeccable service! Both Sergio and Carlo are amazing. We were greeted at baggage claim and helped with our multiple luggage bags. The ride was smooth and easy. He walked me through the steps of how his company would send a driver to the baggage claim area and hold a sign with our last name for easy recognition. We took Orlando Transfer shuttle service on 3 different occasions during our vacation. Carlo picked us up from Sanford/Orlando airport and took us to our hotel at Disney Springs. He was at the baggage claim waiting for us promptly. Very friendly and informative. Omar picked our group of 10 up promptly the next morning and shuttled us from the hotel to the cruise terminal. Again, very friendly and courteous. Sergio picked us up earlier than scheduled, per my phone call request the morning of debarkation from the ship, and drove us back to the airport. I have to start off by saying that I never ended up using this company BUT... I messaged back and forth with the owner, Sergio, to get an idea of their service and pricing. It was very easy to go through Yelp, their company is very responsive. From the get go Sergio was extremely helpful and ultimately we decided to use their company since their pricing was also one of the lowest. It turns out there was a typo and the pricing was much higher than expected. Rather than say "tough luck" Sergio offered a compromise which I was grateful for, since I prefer to use transfer companies with a lot of good reviews (since I have been left stranded before.. it's not fun). I paid a deposit and everything was all set! Fast forward to travel time and our youngest fell ill, causing us to cancel our entire trip altogether. I messaged Sergio to let him know and even made it clear that I did not expect the deposit back, just that I wanted to cancel the service so that a driver wasn't sitting around waiting for a no show. Sergio refunded the deposit any way because I guess, that's just how he does business. I have a lot of respect for this company and will surely use them whenever I am in town. Thank you! read more
