I have been to many nail salons and so far this one is the most consistent plus best priced. For a manicure and a spa pedicure it cost $28.00. For their spa pedicure they use the massage chair with whirlpool. I hate getting a pedicure at a place that only uses a bucket of warm tap water. They have a pretty good selection of nail colors to choose from. Mostly OPI, Essie, and China Glaze. They also have gel polish. Cat usually does my nails but unfortunately received a manicure and pedicure from a nail tech by the name of Brian chair 5. I asked for a French mani/pedi which seemed to bother him as I sat in the chair. He had put only the clear coat and nothing else and when I asked why he said because that is what I asked for, when leaving the drying area to go get my manicure he seemed irritated by the fact that I asked to change my color due to that fact that he only put a clear coat on. PLEASE STAY AWAY!! Absolutely horrible! I was there on the 30th of August to get my nails done for my birthday, it's my first time going there after finding it on yelp. I asked for a gel full set with gel polish and a pedicure. My total came up to $56.00 but as soon as I got home the polish started to come off and just keep flaking off. FAST FORWARD ONE WEEK I was around the area and decided to stop by to ask how much it would be to have the same thing done again thinking maybe I was confused and they didn't charge me for gel polish and just gave me regular but I spoke to Sue (who by the way had an attitude) and she checked them and told me it was regular polish not gel and that it would cost $56 if it was gel polish. So my question is why would you charge me for a service I didn't receive? Obviously you knew I wanted gel polish since I was charged for it. Sue told me I should've come back the same day (it was my birthday I had dinner to go to) . It's my error in not going back right away but still some customer service would be nice. I was getting an oil change and decided to get a pedicure while waiting and Sue's Nails was nearby. I asked for a french tip design the lady didn't use the same method all the other nail salons i've been to have. She used a skinny white brush (meant for designs) for my french tip!!!! Who does that?! Anyways, it was an okay job (After asking her to thicken the white part because it was too skinny) So i left knowing i would never return. I walked back across the lot to pick up my car and by the time i made it there 3 of my nails had already chipped. The paint was too thick because she didn't give me a proper french tip. I drove back and had them fix it. They fixed the chips but i'm looking at my toes right now and it's the worst pedicure i've ever had. I'm capable of doing my own pedicures (im asian). I go to nail salons because i like the foot massages and massage chairs. I like when i find places that really go the extra mile during this aspect of the experience. This was NOT like that. They offer the no-chip gel manicure which really does not chip, as well as many gel color options, unlike other places. My gel manicure lasts me at least 2 weeks with no chipping.
