I am also aware that the discount Casey is refusing to return to me is something that HAS NEVER been done in the past, when a customer cancels the service contract. So this is inaccurate that Casey cannot refund the remaining $76, I called last week and checked with them before I decided to cancel the agreement. I know that Casey is new to this position and he is unfamiliar with how previous transactions have been handled. I asked Casey why is he arguing with me about the $76 difference, he stated "I am not arguing with you". Okay if he wasn't arguing with me, then why is he not writing me a check for $76, because of the quote given to me by Alyssa? I sure hope that the $76 that Casey is refusing to give me is worth the loss of business. I let Casey know that my poor review would remain because HE REFUSES to return the amount that I was promised. After calling twice leaving a message on their voice-mail, I did not receive a response. I contacted them again through Facebook again with no response until a received a call a few days later to schedule an appointment. I took off work for the afternoon of the appointment to meet them, however, no one ever showed. I called several times while waiting and dropped another message on Facebook. With still no response as of the morning I left a final message on Facebook and decided to post reviews on every review site I can find in order to warn people not to bother them with service requests.
