The hospital/urgent care was busy, but the staff was very nice, helpful and informative. After examining my pet, I was given a quote and was able to leave once accepted and while my pet would be in surgery, to be phoned when my pet was done. My poor baby left with "the cone of shame". I was very impressed by their service, and being "kept in loop". The basic emergency fee is not that much higher than what my veterinarian ex-husband charged our clients in the '90's! Considering what emergency services my pet needed to get back on the mend... not that shocking.

I ended up going to another vets office for a second opinion and try as that vet might, she could find nothing wrong with the knee, felt it was the hip, and xrays showed a completely broken femur head and the kitty had FHO surgery. And earlier this week I took my senior dog in for a Cytopoint allergy shot and had I not questioned the amount of the charge, I wouldn't have found out that she was given Librella instead. Although she's handling that med ok, it's very concerning that some random wrong medication with potentially serious side effects was given to her. I'm having trouble now having any feeling of trust in the practice.

If they knew this would happen they should have dried him off for $440.00 in addition they are a veterinary office and should have treated my dog with more dignity than they did. It's been 3 days since this has happened my poor dog is still burnt on his behind and can't sit and won't eat. They offered some spray 2 days after I texted them for $31.00 which they should have given me under the circumstances since they hurt him. In addition the Vet never called like they said she would. Don't trust your pet to these people apparently they are only concerned about the money and not how they treat your pet.

When I asked her about this she cancelled my appt. This is the email she sent to me after simply asking for credentials...anyone would do the same when a family member is involved: Hi Michael, I am going to cancel our appointment. Please find someone you can trust that is a better fit for you. I will put more info about my background on my webpage to keep this from happening again so people can search for my license without insulting me directly.
