Sometimes I come for parts for my Harley, other times just to walk around and buy t-shirts for family members and grandkids. Usually I get the clothing on clearance prices. Last week I received in the mail a $100 Harley Davidson coupon for a in-store minimum purchase of $200 at any Harley store. I needed a new Helmet which they had for $225.00. When I presented the coupon valid from November to December 31, 2025, the cashier wasn't sure if they could accept it, due to the fact she hadn't seen any coupons like it before. Since it was Sunday she had to call the manager at home and get authorization to accept it. After a few minutes on the phone he decided for good faith to have the cashier accept my coupon. I appreciate their trust in allowing to use the coupon instead of having to come back at a later date to make my purchase. I will continue to return to Destination Harley in the future with my friends and family and appreciate the quality of employees working there.

I enjoy going up to the second floor where the used bikes are found. Truthfully I'm not a big fan of the looks of the newer bikes. I prefer the classic look of the older models (are you listening Milwaukee? Ha!). The employees are friendly and helpful and I was asked a couple of times if I found everything I was looking for. This is a great location and during Bike Week it's my favorite place to visit. The humongous parking lot is always filled with vendors of all motorcycles needs and wants. Customization, service, motor buildups, personal attire and souvenirs , ..you name it, it's here! If you own a motorcycle, you should visit this place - especially during Bike Week. Ride safe.

They have a nice inventory of parts, add-ons, maintenance, and customization for almost any motorcycle. They also carry a nice line of helmets, clothing, and shoes. They carry good quality merchandise without the high costs of big name brands. This visit I had a specific item in mind to buy. I was greeted when I walked in and I proceeded directly back to the parts counter. There I showed a picture of what I was looking for to the employee. He walked over to a far wall and brought back to me the exact item I was wanting. You can sign up and for their "RPM" (Riders Preferred Membership) rewards for $39.99 a year and save 10% on almost all merchandise while also earning 5% RPM cash back on purchases (with some exclusions). I was pleased with my experience, and will continue to shop here when in the area. Check them out.

Do yourself a favor and never buy street bike tires from JP cycles. According to the customer…read moreservice representative I spoke to, they have no way of knowing how old the tires are that are on the shelf in the warehouse when they sell them to you. The representative told me that they sell the tires first in first out and that robots select the tires and package them and ship them out. They don't have any human beings working in their warehouse. They sent me a motorcycle tire that was manufactured in April 2024. Motorcycle tires only last 5 to 6 years before you have to replace them. So they're essentially sending me a tire that is over two years old and close to half of its life expectancy is already gone. The customer service representative that I spoke to gave me no other option but to set up a return and receive a refund. According to him, there's no way for them to check the warehouse to see the manufacture dates on the tires. This is extremely poor customer service and also a ripoff because you are buying old tires.

After everything was said and done the most important thing we where confident knowing that Cliff and his team would be there for any problems on needed warranty work and service. So if they rent them they put miles on them. however if the odometer isnt working the bike you thought had low miles on it might not have the original miles on it when you go to purchase it. They refused to quote me over the phone, in turn I visited the store. When I asked to receive a quote, a salesperson informed me they do not provide quotes. Strange, so they said they could ring it up and give me an unofficial quote. This was provided by the manager who attempted to push me into purchasing the vehicle. When I told him I only wished to get the model priced out he did not accept my answer and tried pushing me into a fast purchase. He was exceedingly unprofessional and pushy. As soon as it was made clear I would not be purchasing that day, all service was lost. Finally, when asked if I could have the handwritten quote I was provided with I was told I could not take it home... Seriously? Overall I'm impressed. Impressed that there are enough people willing to spend their hard earned money at this location. I will not be returning.
